Hi! Just a heads-up that I might be a bit late with the next update or two, Christmas and all. I really hope I'm not, but if I am it's because my mom wanted me to get into the holiday spirit and didn't let me onto the computer!
And yes, I know the movies on here are a bit outdated but me and the girl below decided those would be best so deal with it. And btw I haven't seen any of the following movies. I'm just going to wing it.
Now that that's settled, we can get on with the chapter! Remember to vomment (Vote/Comment) and to enjoy this chapter! I got the nightmare idea from doubtsintothewind. Thanks for this! I'm not allowed to say her name on here but whatever!
So enjoy the chapter! Leave feedback down below and vote if you liked it.

"I'm giving you the day off."
Those were the first words spoken to me from Lilly as I came downstairs. Grabbing a banana and granola bar from the counter, I sit down at the table.
"Why?" I ask.
Lilly looks up from the magazine in her hands. "Because you need a break from the little terror."
"You mean Cole?"
"Obviously. We all need breaks after long hours of exhausting work. And babysitting that boy.. you need a break."
"But I only technically watched him a couple of times without handing him off to you! It wouldn't be fair to take a break."
"Don't argue with her, Grace. It'll only end poorly for you." Cole says as he plops down across from me.
"Do you even know what we're talking about?"
"Not exactly. I heard something about my baby-sitting arrangements though."
"I'm watching you tonight instead of Grace. She has the night off." Lilly explains.
"What am I even going to do?" He asks.
"Clean the house! And after that you can help Ben practice for his play on Friday." She smiles.
"B-But.. why me?" He stutters.
"Is Coly-woly afraid of cleaning?" I snicker.
"Coly-woly? Where did you get that idea?" He demands.
"It rhymes." I explain.
"It rhymes." He mocks. "It had to be Coly-woly didn't it! Of all things!"
I grin at him. He rolls his eyes and bites a chunk of his granola bar before standing. "I'm leaving! You people wound me with your words!" He calls before going back upstairs.
"Well, I guess I'll be off then. I might go hang with Ethan for a bit. We haven't actually talked much."
"Ok dear, you do that! Have fun!" I smile at her and make my way upstairs.

"What do you want to watch?" Ethan asks as we stroll through Block buster.
"I don't care." I shrug.
"How about we each pick one and then meet back here." He suggests.
"Sure." I go into the aisle and look for a good movie. I don't see anything good until I see it. The perfect movie to watch.
I pull it from it's spot on the shelf and walk back to the meeting spot. Ethan holds up the movie he chose.
"Black Beauty?" I ask.
"Yup. What'd you get?"
"Saw."
"Noah did say you were weird. I- we should get this one too." He holds up Godzilla.
"Okay. Let's go pay." We rent out the movies and go back to the house. I grab a bag of chips from the cabinet and throw myself onto the sofa.
He pushes in the first movie- Godzilla.
*****
"Why did we watch those movies?" I shout as I run upstairs. I hear Ethan laugh from behind me.
"Your reaction was hilarious!"
"You're mean!" I shut my bedroom door behind me and jump into bed. Clenching my eyes shut, I quickly drift to sleep.
The eyes watched from all around. Waiting for the right moment. Movements in the trees catch my attention, forcing me to watch everywhere.
A monkey emerges from the brush and creeps up to me. It's teeth are sharp and deadly, as if they could rip apart an enemy if necessary. It's claws were almost as long as Freddy Kruegers himself. Almost.
As the animal neared me, more began to join it. Several of them jump from tree to tree around me, taunting me.
I step back, but fall to the ground. A hole twice my size is surrounding me, blocking out my sight of anything outside of it.
A face peers over the edge. Then another joins it. Soon the hole is shrouded by monkeys.
When the first monkey pounces, I gasp and await the pain. But it never came.
I peek open an eye and see that the hole disappeared. The monkeys no longer jump at me, but are leaping around something hidden.
I take a few steps closer, and see that the monkeys are now matted in blood. I feel a sudden sting in my left arm and see giant cuts covering it, as well as the rest of my body.
In the middle of the monkeys, there stands a tall wooden post. Attached is a horse head. The animals take turns tearing meat off it until just the skull remains.
Soon the scene changes again, and I see the crash in front of me. The wrecked car, the police, the ambulances, and the dozens of people watching the scene.
I feel a tear go down my cheek when I see my brothers being lifted from the car, covered in their own blood. The drunk driver they crashed into stands perfectly fine, regarding the unfolding scene with little interest.
I cry, and feel myself getting lighter, and suddenly wake up.
