Underneath the Mask: A Five Nights at Freddys Story

Chapter Two

I rubbed my stinging eyes and I climbed the top landing of stairs. Kyle was walking quickly now and I had to run to keep up.

"When do you think the others are getting here?" I asked Kyle when we reached the top.

"Roxy should be here, Zander is on his way from Canada." Kyle counted on his fingers.

"Don't forget the twins." I added.
Kyle burst into laughder.

"I never forget them!"

I laughed along with him.

"They should be here tomorrow morning." Kyle grinned.

Before I could say anything, there was a knock on the door. We smiled at each other and I beat Kyle down the stairs and to the door. I opened it and Roxy stood there. It's been quite a while sense I've seen her but she still looked the same. Light brown skin, dark brown frizzy hair in high pony tails and bright brown eyes. She was wearing a zebra stripped cotton jacket and teal under shirt with dark red shorts. She squealed while I squealed and we ran to each other, bracing ourselves in a hug. Kyle laughed when the door slammed on my butt.
I hissed at him over Roxy's shoulder. This just made him laugh harder. I pulled her inside and we took her up stairs (again!) into Kyle's room and we sat down for small talk.

"How's life been?"

"Where do you live now?"

"Are there any cute boys around?"
"How's you job going?"

"Are you dating?"

That's when the last queston came up.

"Is Freddys still there?" Roxy asked but slammed her palm over her mouth.

Kyle looked taken aback by the question but shrugged.

"I don't think so. I know the electric power was stored and some of the stuff was sold. That's it." Kyle nodded to us.

"So like, it's not in ruins?" I looked to Roxy.

"Nope." Kyle said confused. "Why?"

Roxy pulled her feet to her chest.

"Just....you know...wondering...." She muttered.

Kyle turned red.

"What happened to the bots?" I suddenly asked.

"Don't know." Kyle looked up.

"They could still be there." Roxy added.

"Lets go." I said, anger and excitement pulsed through my veins.

"Where?" Kyle said nervously as I stood up.

"Freddys." I stated.

Roxy jumped up.

"Let's so do it." She grinned.

"No.. no...no....no!" Kyle groaned.

"Come on, buzz kill." Roxy sighed.

"Zander will come with us?" I begged.

Kyle paused.

"Fine! I'm not driving though!" He hissed jumping up.

I licked my lips and we thundered down the stairs.
