"Honesty...what are you doing now?" I mumbled watching as Shin my so called "master" was staring intently at something. "It's that human girl again." He muttered eye narrowing. I sighed following where he was looking. "Yui Komori?" I ask tilting my head.

"That's right. Heh...I wonder what she would do if Nii-San let me have fun with her don't you Echo?" He asked glancing back at me. I leaned against the bar in front of me and stared down at the girl. My visible red eye narrowing as my silver hair swayed in the wind.

"She's a fragile girl. If you were to have your fun with her I doubt she would last long." I spoke truthfully. Shin pouts at this as he clicks his tongue going back to watching the girl. I sighed getting bored. "Can we just go now?" I asked lazily.

"Tch. You can if you want." He growled not taking his eye away from the girl. I hum looking up at the night sky. Suddenly a scream causes me to look back down. My eyes went wide when I saw shin down there with the human girl. He had her pinned up against a wall by her neck.

"Tch. He doesn't listen." I growled. I stood there watching silently as he spoke to her. Her eyes kept getting wider and wider as fear complexly took over her. I noticed a bunch of guys walking towards them and sighed already knowing who they were.

"Honestly. This is annoying." I growled. I jumped up into the bar I was previously leaning on arms crossed as I held my sword in one hand. Shin and the boys seemed to be getting into a fight as the girl from earlier slowly tried to escape. My eyes narrowed as I jumped down with ease.

I landed safely on my feet behind the girl. I grabbed her causing her to scream. The group of guys looked over at me as shin smirked. "Well. Well. Didn't think you'd come and help me Echo." He said. "But I didn't need your help. You'll have to be punished for that." He growled.

I ignored him as I gripped the girls arm tightly causing her to flinch. "I'm sorry for my masters stupidity." I spoke to the group of males. "Please accept my apologies. We'll be going now." I said Bowing as I let the girl go. "What the hell?! Who do you think you are giving orders like that! You stupid bi-"

Shin was cut off as I appear in front of him and punched him hard in his gut. He slowly fell to the ground passed out. I picked him up and went back to the mansion where Carla greeted us. "I see he became to hard to handle." Carla spoke arms crossed.

I nod. "Yes. My apologies Carla-sama but I had no other choice." I spoke. He only nods and sighs walking away. I go and lay shin down on his bed. I look down at him expressionless but you could see in my eye the love and admiration I held for him.

I gently leaned down and kissed his forehead before taking his glasses and placing them on his nightstand. I looked back at his peaceful face my eyes soft. "Even if you can be cruel..." I whispered staring down at him. "I will always be loyal to you master Shin." I spoke closing my eyes.

"After all...you saved my life all those years ago when my village was set aflame." I whispered remembering that day.

~flashback~

Everything was in flames as people screamed and ran for their lives. I stood there scared and crying as I cried out for my parents. I was only so young not ready to be left alone. "Mommy! Daddy!" I cried. No one stopped to help me as they feared for their own lives.

As I cried a piece of a building above me fell. I looked up at it shocked and too scared to move. Just as its about to land on me a wolf ran up and tackled me to the ground away from where the burning building landed. I looked at the spot I had stood in shock.

"Are you stupid or what?" A voice asked. I look up and see a man glaring down at me. "Tch. To think I saved such a worthless brat." He spat. I just stared at him in awe. He looked down at me and glared. "What the hell do you want?" He asked.

I slowly stood up and dusted myself off before looking him in the eye a smile on my face. "Thank you so much mister! I owe you my life!" I cheered happily. He looked at me annoyed before smirking as he bent down to my height. "Oh really?" He asked.

I nod. "Then become my slave." He spoke. I looked at him shocked blinking a few times. "You'll have to listen to my every command and if not you'll be punished severely." He said seriously at the end. I stood there for a moment before slowly nodding my head.

He smirked and stood up holding a hand out to me. "I'm Shin but you'll call me master got it?" He said. I nod and slowly take his hand. "I doubt you have a name so I'll call you Echo. After all that's the only way I was able to find you and your big mouth." He said.

I smiled as we walked out of the burning village.

~end flashback~

"You always were a worthless brat." Shin's voice rang causing me to open my eyes and look at him. He laid there glaring at me. "You little bitch...I'm going to punish you you hear m-" I cut him off by placing a finger to his lips.

I smiled a small smile at him. "Heh. I know master." I said sweetly. He looked at me for a moment before scowling as he closed his eyes in annoyance. "Whatever idiot." He mumbled. I smiled as I went to leave his room only for him to stop me.

"Stay." He spoke. I looked at him in shock. He looked at me. "I want you here with me." He whispered. I smiled a small smile at him and nod my head. He smiles and pulls me down into the bed next to him. He gently wraps his arms around me and nuzzles into my neck.

"You're such a good girl Echo." He whispered softly. I smiled as I closed my eyes.

"Only because I have such a loving master."
