After work the next day and handing in his two weeks notice Aaron went back to his apartment and went on his phone. He had been accepted to work or the construction job and told to start in a week. That was just perfect he thought. It would work out great.
He had gotten quite a few notifications on messenger but didnt know who from. So he checked hoping Tracer would be one. But when he tood it showed Tracer had read his message but had not replied. Aaron did not know if he would. He hoped they could become somewhat friendly before he took action on his plan. That would make it so much more easier.
All his notifications were from Shane and colton, which he would not read. He couldn't. He didnt want to know what they said and feel bad for leaving or hearing there mockery of him. He didn'tknow which it would be but he couldn't care anyway so he put his phone back away.

Two weeks later
Aaron's new job as a construction worker had worked out great. He had been on the job for almost a full week now. He was younger and smaller then most of the men, and he felt he wasn't much liked by at least half of them. But the other half weren't very bad. They treated him nicly enough. The job had been a bit more difficult then he remembered but after a few days he had the swing of things.
Today they were going to be cealing up an old asylum before the cold statted that was to ve built up next string when it started getting warm again. So most likely they would only work on it for an amount of 3 days making sure everything was enclosed.
He had never heard of the place before. Of clurse it was an abandoned building so it was no longer functional. But it was right outside of town. So he figured he would have heard of it somehow. But once they started down a winding road with no houses or any sort of life at all around he figured out why. The drive was about a 15 minute dirt rode red yellow and drown leaves covering the ground and trees all around the drivway. The begining of the path was hard to see from the start of the road. And with all the trees around no one would have guessed there was anything back here.
The building was old and made out of concrete. Three floors had been built up as high as the big oaks and i was told there was a basement as well.
Going into the old building was almost creepy. And it smelled of rot and must. The walls were stone and had stains up and down then from years of dicay. The halls were empty. But some of the rooms still had torn up beds in them and a few bathrooms had old bathtubs filled with black mucky water and walls with writting and mold on them.
One of the men said no one knew about this place unless they were older and remembered it from when it was still open and even if they did no one ever came here anymore.
After clearing the two top floors and the ground floor we moved to the basement. It was a maze down there. Sometimes you would easily get lost in unless you memorized the blue prints. It was like a trap without even closing the door.
Suddenly Aaron stoped. A trap. It was perfect. No one would be here till next spring. And it was only the end of October now.
This place was the part of Aaron's plan that had been missing. It was the great idea he needed. It was perfect. He smiled to himself with the thought.
"Yo salansky." Eric, his supervisor, said from behind him scaring Aaron. "Whoa sorry man didnt mean to scare ya."
Aaron shook him off. "No its fine."
"Aha. Okay were done down here so were gonna head out we gotta ge on the marks place today, there planing for it to be done by the end of next week which onlt gives us 8 days. So we gotta get a move on."
"Ya okay. Hey um, i was wondering if maybe i could have a copy of the blue prints to this place. The boss said we mught be coming back once more this year an i almost got lost down here. Polly would 'ave if you hadn't come along right now."
Haha. Eric laught. "Sure as hell right this basement is a maze." More laughs, which Aaron laughed along to only so he wasn't suspicious or anything. "Sure kid i can get u a copy."
"Thanks man." Aaron said smiling then followed Eric out.
Once back home that night he took a shower and let the warm watter run over his body as he though his plan over and over again k n his head. He still hadn't heard anything back from Tracer and partiality thought he wouldn't. But still he told himself there was always tomorrow.
The warm watter was refreshing and nice. Almost calming in the cold of the weather. November was coming to fast as was the cold that spread throughout the state with it.
The cold might make his plan a bit more...dangerous but it didn't matter he would go through with it no matter what.
He planed for it to be the last day of October. Which was in 13 days. Today was a Wednesday and the weather was chilly. Tho the forecast had promised a bit of warmer weatther the last and first week of November surprisingly. And he figured that would be the best time for it to take place.
Thinking about it made him excited.
Once out of the shower Aaron dryed his hair and dressed in something warm. He had studied the blue prints of the old asylum as soon as he had gottwn home and almost had the whole think memorized by the time he got in the shower. He planed to go back tonight.
He had saved up enough money to buy a jeep. It was black and had nice rims. It ran smoothly and did not have very many miles on it. It was a lucky buy which was not something he did not have much of.
After going over the plans and grabbing a few things he would need he headed out. The rude there was obseen. In town the streets were crawling with people in some spots and other only a few passerbys were around. But once a little ways out of the city there was no one. Dark and quiet.
At the asylum it was even worse. Enclosed by the boods and a long train the building was quite eerie at night. But Aaron went in anyway.
Quickly looking over his prints again with his flashlight he walked down a few halls to a bedroom he remembered and found what he was looking for. A bed.
He dragged it down the stairs to the basement. Taking it in trips. Fisrt the old metal frame, then the raggy old matteress. He pulled it to the farthest roon he could find from the basement door then set if up there.
The room had had a small table in it already but nothing more. He placed a lantern on top of it and left it there then tied a rop around one of the legs og the bed. He qould leave it like that till it was needed.
He went back up the stairs grabbed his blue prints then left. Leaving no teace but a moved bed, a lantern, and a rope that he was ever there.
