Jill's P.O.V:
"Is that all you're having?" Kate asks as I stare down my little piece of salmon.
"Yeah I don't have that much of an appetite now."
"So care to explain why you are so late young lady?" Grandfather asks cutting into his steak.
"I was out running and I lost track of time then it started pouring."
"Why didn't you phone your father then?"
"My phone died so I went to my mates house to charge it up and get dry." I lie.
"Quite a story you've got there." Grandfather remarks sipping on his wine. I don't bother saying anything I'm knackered and I just want to go to sleep.
"How was school today dear?" Grandmother asks.
"It was alright got quite a bit of homework for the weekend." I answer my head hurts even more just thinking about it.
"I'm sure David would help you with that." Grandfather says.
"David?"
"David Cole. I've heard you two have been spend quite a bit of time together."
"Where did you hear that?"
"There's not a lot that happens in Windsor that I don't know about."
"Why do you have any interest in who I spend my time with?" I ask a little creeped out.
"You're my granddaughter. I've got to know who you're around, what you're up to..."
"That is absolute pants! My life isn't any of your business."
"Of course it is. You don't know much now because for some reason your father-"
"Father, she's not ready." My father interrupts.
"She's almost done with high school, you know she's ready. You're just acting this way because you've had a chat with Elena, didn't you?"
"Father, I have many reasons-"
"Rubbish! The only time you ever disobey or disagree with me is when Elena's involved. I bet you don't even know what gift Juliana has." Grandfathers stopped eating and is sending father a burning glare.
"It's still too soon father we've spoken about this, it's only her second week here and-"
"You know what I don't even know why I bothered coming down to dinner." I shake my head standing up."Juliana wait-"
"Look I just came to Windsor to spend time with my father before leaving to uni." I explain turning to grandfather. "If you think that I'm going to join in your law firm then you're wrong I don't want anything to do with whatever it is you're arguing about. So just leave me out of it." I shout. "Oh and stop spying on me it's creepy." I huff walking away I've really got no time for any of this. If my grandfather thinks that I'm going to fall subject to his dictating nature and be a good little solider like everyone else in this family he's clearly delusional. I know what I'm doing with my life and where I want to go, I've always known and moving here and meeting my grand-devils isn't going to change that. I put my heart into everything that I do which would clearly make me a horrible lawyer.

"Give it here!" I shout chasing Hercules around my room. Next thing I know I'm flat on my tummy. This is about the third time I fell this morning. "Hercules if you don't give it back then I can't take you out to Gemma." I tell the little dog. He looks at me for a little while then groans and begins walking to me. The little fur ball stops in front of me placing my sock on the floor. "Thank you." I say taking it and getting off the floor. After I put on my socks and tie up my trainers I decide to dial the number on Hercules tag.
