Chapter Fourteen: Wrong decision...

Juvia's leg was bouncing, her eyes focused on the floor. "Juvia?" MiraJane asked, her head tilted slightly. Juvia's head jerked up and she blinked a few times. "Are you alright?"

Juvia smiled. "Yeah, Juvia is alright. MiraJane looked at her in disbelief, causing the blue haired girl to shake her head. "Why wouldn't Juvia be fine? She gets to stay with Gray-sama over night! This is Juvia's dream come true!" Juvia clasped her hands over her chest dreamily as MiraJane gave an awkward chuckle. Charle looked at her, the brown flatness of her eyes displaying her disapproval.

Lucy smiled, hugging her knees to her chest as Erza sat behind her, rather aggressively braiding the blondes hair. "A-Ah Erza." She said and the red haired girl yanked on her hair.

"This is ridiculous." Erza grumbled, tying off the blondes braid before taking it down and starting over again. Gray groaned his approval, his head hanging off the edge of the bed across from Lucy.

"I think it's quite fun." Levy offered, holding Lily to her chest. "This way we're all safe and we haven't gotten to hang out together in a long time." She said and Lucy offered her a sweet smile.

The door to the infirmary burst open suddenly as Jet practically fell into the room, panting heavily and frantically waving his arms. "Everyone! Duck!"

Everyone jerked their head towards them as Hibiki and the other members of Blue Pegasus ran in. "They followed us!" Ren exclaimed before tackling MiraJane to ground.

A loud boom sounded then, shaking the room and sending things falling to the ground.

"They are fucking relentless." Gray growled, unwrapping his arm from Juvia's waist as the blue haired girl stared at him in shock. Lucy pulled herself out from underneath Hibiki, her hand against her throat as she gasped for air.

"Lu-chan are you alright?" Levy asked, Lily moving off of the small girl. The blonde nodded, standing and making her way to the door.

Lucy was thrown back suddenly, slamming into the wall opposite of the door, causing everyone to look at her in shock. "Lucy!" MiraJane exclaimed as a black haired figure made his way into the room. Gray turned his head towards the man, clenching his jaw. The man smirked, his forearm resting against the door frame.

"Which one of you is Juvia Lockser?" He asked, his hair falling into his eyes as more crashes sounded from the main hall of the guild. Juvia's eyes widened, her lips parting slightly as the man's eyes looked at everyone in the room. "Well?" He said, his eyebrow raising. "I'm waiting."

"What business do you have with Juvia." Gray asked, standing and glaring at the man.

"My name is Saytas Deyamon. Now that I've introduced myself," Gray made a sound of surprise as Saytas practically flew into him, throwing him into the wall next to Lucy. "Where is she."

"Gray-sama!" Juvia exclaimed and Saytas looked over at her, smirking. Juvia's eyes widened as Saytas turned.

"Run!" Lily said, turning quickly and wrapping his arms around Juvia's waist and running. "We need to get out of here." He growled, tucking the two of them behind the bar as water shot at them, the wood of the bar exploding as Lily's hand covered her head.

"Juvia!" Evalyn snapped, despise evident in her voice. "There's no use hiding from me! I am much stronger than you!"

"Lily-san." Juvia murmured, causing the panther to look at her. "Let Juvia go."

"No. Are you serious? Gajeel would kill me if I let you get hurt."

"Gajeel-kun isn't here!" She snapped and Lily's eyes widened as she stood, determination in her eyes. "There is no need to drag Juvia's friends into a familial affair." She said sternly, Evalyn smirking. "Eva, leave Juvia's friends out of this."

"Then why are you hiding, dear cousin?" Evalyn asked, flipping her hair over her shoulder.

Juvia's hands were shaking, clenched into fists by her side. Her chest was heaving as she slowly slid into a fighting stance, water forming around her hands. "Juvia...Juvia will not allow this." She said, holding her hand up towards her cousin. "Juvia will no longer allow for her family to feel pain! Water Cyclone!"

A jet of water shot towards Evalyn, causing the girl to dodge. Juvia shot off another chant, this time blades of water careening towards her cousin.

"Water Tunnel!" Evalyn shouted, thrusting her hand towards Juvia. The mage dodged, jumping over the bar and planting her feet on the ground before jerking her hand up and towards Evalyn.

"Water Nebula!"

"Water Style: Ice!"

Juvia's eyes widened as Evalyn's attack quickly turned into ice, thick shards shooting towards Juvia in all directions.

"Juvia!"

The next moments seemed to be in slow motion as her head turned, Gray appearing as he ran towards her. She felt his hands connect with her side, knocking her to the ground before the sickening sound if skin being penetrated entered her ears. She stared in horror, eyes wide and flat as she saw a large icicle sticking out of Gray's shoulder, his eyes wide as well as he stumbled slightly before collapsing to his knees.

"Gray-sama!" She exclaimed as he brought a shaky hand to the wound.

"Shit..." He breathed before collapsing to the ground.

Hatred coursed through Juvia's body as she stood and quickly shot attack after attack at Evalyn. Everything was so fast, her cousin had a hard time dodging as tears fell relentlessly from Juvia's eyes.

"Stay away from him!" Juvia almost screamed, a huge wave making its way towards Evalyn.

"Saytas-sama!" Evalyn screeched, throwing up a wall of water. Juvia screamed, her attack becoming more powerful as her emotions filled it. Everything came out, her worry for Gajeel, her anguish for Gray, her hatred for the dark guild for doing this to her friends, her family and the wave crashed down, slamming her cousin into the far wall of the guild.

Everyone stared at Juvia in shock, Lyon's eyes wide as her shoulders trembled, tears falling from her eyes. Turning quickly, she ran to Gray, touching the slowly melting icicle. "Gray-sama..." She breathed and her looked at her, lips parted slightly in shock.

"Juvia, you-"

"Don't speak, Gray-sama you need to-"

Excruciating pain bloomed in her stomach and blood erupted from her throat. Gray's eyes widened as she looked down, a black, spiraling mist protruding from her stomach.

"Juvia!" Lyon yelled as Juvia stared at the mist in disbelief.

"I'll be bringing you with me." A voice said and Juvia was yanked away from Gray like a marionette, flung into the air and thrown to the ground like a doll. "And you shall face justice for what you have done to my precious pet."

Gray forced himself into a sitting position as Juvia cried out in anguish, Saytas standing next to her with his foot on her chest as he helped Evalyn to her feet.

"Juvia!" Lyon exclaimed before Saytas raised his hand, causing Lyon to fly back into the wall behind him.

"We'll be back, Fairy Tail." Saytas said before snapping his fingers. A large raven crashed through the window behind him and he helped Evalyn up before picking up the now unconscious Juvia as slung her over his shoulder.

"Let her go!" Gray snapped, slamming his hands together. "Ice Make: Lance!"

Saytas smirked, throwing up his hand and easily repelling the attack, causing it to clatter to the ground. With another snap of his fingers as he mounted the bird, the three flew away in a flash as glass crashed to the floor.

"JUVIA!!" Lyon screamed as Gray watched them leave in shock.
