Chapter Eighteen: Friend or Foe?

Pierre was furious, his main team standing in his chambers as he watched the fight through a lacrima.

"How the hell did they find us?!" He roared, swinging towards his mages and glaring at them.

"I-I have no clue...." Evalyn breathed, her eyes wide as she watched Juvia, alive and mobile as she and Gray took down mage after mage.

Pierre growled, glaring at the team and threw his hand towards the lacrima. "Go out there. Don't disappoint me. Destroy those mages."

The team turned to leave and Pierre cleared his throat. "Besides you, Saytas. Evalyn."

The two mentioned mages stopped as there teammates ran to join the fight, turning to look at their master. "Evalyn." Pierre said and she nodded, stepping forward. "Do you remember that incantation I taught you." He asked and the bluenette nodded, gripping her fists. "Kill your cousin and her darling Gray. I want nothing more than to see those two dead." Evalyn looked to Saytas and nodded, her love smiling at her before she ran off.

Saytas turned and looked to his father, arms pinned respectively behind his back. "My son." Pierre said and Saytas nodded.

"Father..." His son said as Pierre moved forward and placed his hand on his shoulders. Saytas looked down. "It's time... isn't it." His son sounded sad and Pierre nodded.

"Yes, my son. Don't worry. Evalyn will soon join you."

The sound of metal piercing skin echoed in the room. Saytas let out a choked cry as Pierre removed the sword from his son's stomach, a large lacrima falling from the boys body. The light faded from Saytas' eyes as his life force literally left him and he collapsed, Pierre kneeling to retrieve the lacrima. "Thank you. Your sacrifice will ensure my dream..."

Pierre opened his mouth, shoving the lacrima into his jaws, past his throat as he swallowed hard. Energy began to flow from his body as he began to cackle, flinging his head back as power surged through his body. The laugh coming from the man was maniacal as he turned, his aging hair regaining it's thickness of his youth. Wrinkles disappeared from his skin, his muscles grew and his power grew stronger as he flung himself around and picked up the viewing lacrima.

"Are you prepared to end the world, Natsu Dragneel?!" He cried, smiling maniacally as he threw the lacrima aside and continued to laugh, grabbing the vial of red from it's stand next to the bowl that had held the lacrima. He yanked out the stopper and threw it aside, placing the vial to his lips and tossing his head back.

More power surged through him and he crushed the vial in his hands, a warmth spreading through his body. "Time to die, Fairy Tail!!"

Natsu laughed as he punched a Black Enigma mage in the face, the man dropping like a bag of rocks as the dragon slayers fist left his face. Lucy held her whip tightly in her hand, her Leo stardress sparkling as she and Loke attacked goons together.

The dragon Slayer was happy to fight with his friends, watching the others completely destroy people made him happy, for some weird, twisted reason. Natsu ducked, a club swinging over his head and ignited his heel, pivoting on his right foot and easily kicking the man away in a blaze of flame.

"Natsu-san!" Wendy cried out, pointing. Natsu turned his head and grunted when he was met with a sword, holding his arm up only quick enough to deflect the blade.

Rei Si smirked, swinging his sword again towards Natsu's midsection. Natsu grabbed the man's shoulders and jumped, flipping over the mage and landing on his feet.

"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" Natsu exclaimed, thrusting his elbow towards Rei Si. The sword mage brought up the blade of his sword, Natsu's flames splitting in half around it.

"What the hell?" Natsu said and Rei Si swung again, clipping Natsu's stomach slightly. "Fire Dragon Roar!" The attack flew from Natsu's mouth, shrouding Rei Si in flames. Rei Si let out a cry and Natsu smirked, satisfied.

"Just kidding." Rei Si murmured, blasting out of Natsu's flames and swinging his sword, yelling out as he managed to get Natsu's stomach.

"Natsu!" Lucy cried out, making a sound of surprise as Virgo was thrown back, swinging her head back and spotting Haruka, laughing manically.

"That damned maids outfit is to slutty! You should cover up." Haruka said with a wink.

Gray and Juvia's back hit each other and Gray let out a grunt, gritting his teeth. "There's so many."

"We can do this, Gray-sama!" Juvia said and Gray smiled, nodding. The demonic power from his father surged through his body and caused his hair to stand on end. Juvia removed her dress, leaving her in a skirt and her bra. She tossed it aside and smiled, bringing her hands together.

"Water Nebula!"

"Ice Devil Slayer: Ice breath!"

Juvia let out a yell as she was thrown back, crashing into a wall. Gray whipped his head around and yelled out her name before a show connected with his back, throwing him forward. He slammed into the ground face first with a cry of pain. Juvia turned her head, spotting Evalyn as she cracked her knuckles.

"Time to die my darling cousin." Evalyn said with a smirk.
