Erza pulled herself to her feet, swallowing hard as she turned and looked to Pierre. Her heart was hammering in her chest, her eyes darting around on him.
"I can't get a read on him. I don't know his magic very well. This is different then those I've fought before." She thought, standing tall as she transformed into her Robe of Yuen armor, twirling her halberd behind her back and lowering herself into stance. 'Stop shaking...' she told her self, swallowing hard as she tightened her grip on the halberd and letting out a slow breath, feeling her magic surge through her.
"What's the problem, Titania?" Pierre taunted, causing her eyes to slowly open as she arched her eyebrows. Erza glared at the man silently as he raised his hand. Without speaking a word, a dark torrent, much like a snake, darted from behind him and rushed towards the red haired woman. Raising her halberd, the loud clang when the snake hit it's hilt, shoving Erza back.
"Erza!" Lucy cried out, turning to look at her friend.
The ground beneath Erza's feet cracked and she let out a yell, summoning more power and sending the snake away. Panting, Erza glared at Pierre and darted forward, summoning her adamante armors sword and swinging it down, letting out a sound of surprise as he simply raised his hand, a dark matter covering his palm as he gripped the sword, stopping Erza midair.
Smirking, Pierre swiftly kicked her from the sword, his boot digging into her stomach before she flew back. Her shoulder and hip scraped hard against the ground before she came to a stop, wincing in pain as she climbed to her feet.
"What's the problem, Titania?!" Pierre shrieked as she requipped into her most simple armor, gripping her kitana as her red pants billowed around her ankles. Clenching her toes, she raised her sword in anticipation of Pierre's next attack.
Behind her, Natsu lunged forward, his claws curled in attack towards Laxus, the lightning slayer yelling out as electricity cracked around him, a torrent of lightning knocking Natsu back, propelling him into the earth.
"Natsu!" Lucy yelled out, summoning Scorpio and transforming into her Scorpio dress, narrowing her eyes as the spirit let out a cry of 'we are!', the two racing forward to attack. Scorpio's cannon let out a blast of sand, Lucy's attack coming shortly after.
The dragonified Natsu let out a roar, flames bursting from his mouth, hands and the earth below him, Scorpio's attack being knocked aside.
The spirit cursed, whipping his tail around and lowering himself in preparation of another attack.
All of the mages prepared their next attack, Laxus growling as Natsu roared, his back arching as he threw his head back. Flame shot from around him, propelling towards his friends. Gray raced forward, a shield of ice in front of him as he tackled the dragon slayer, his hands gripping Natsu's wrist.
"Ice Make: Cuffs!" He yelled, slamming Natsu's hands to the ground beneath him, ice sealing Natsu's hands to the ground. Gray quickly moved to his ankles, sealing Natsu to the ground easily.
"Gray!" Lucy yelled, causing the ice mage to look up as she shoved him from the dragon slayer. Gray grunted, his shoulder hitting the ground as the sound of claws slicing flesh echoed in his ears.
For a moment, all Gray could hear was his breath. The normally quiet sound roared in his ears as he looked up, Lucy above him, her hands on the ground next to his head.
"Lucy..." He breathed, eyes wide as blood dripped from between her lips, a droplet hitting his cheeks.
The world seemed to slow, Lucy opening her eyes to look down at him with a smile.
