Chapter 15

Chris and I finally decided to go to school again, although we only missed one day and the weekend it feels like it's been 3 years. I hopped in Chris' lambo and we drove to school, once we got there I saw my best friend.. Before Chris stopped the car I ran out and have her a hug,

Beth; "so.. Is he really the new flame"

Me:"what do you mean"

Beth; *watches Chris walk out of the car with mine and his backpacks* "y'all be together 24/7 are y'all dating"

Me; "I mean I wouldn't  quit say dating"

Just then Chris walks over to us..

Chris; "here you go baby... I'll wait for you in first period... Hello beth"

Beth: "hello"

Me: "ok see you there babe"

I hugged him as he left,

Beth; "'I wouldn't call it that' BOI WHAT WAS ALL THAT"

Me; "BOI don't be so loud... I mean it ain't that serious yet.."

Beth: "girl I-" *bell rings*

Me; "OOP GOTTA GO"

I quickly walked into first period and saw Chris sitting there waiting for me... I sat next to him and the teacher walked in... While he was taking role call Chris began putting his hand on my thigh I told him to stop but apparently the teacher heard,, he raised an eyebrow looked at his paper and..

Teacher: "Mr.Brown move up to the front of the classroom"

Chris: "WHAT?! I ain't even do nothin"

Teacher: " I don't have time to argue mr.Brown come up here easily or you'll be sent to the office"

Me: *looks at chris and whispers* Chris just go

He looks at the teacher, rolls his eyes and sits in the front, the teacher looks at him and Chris tosses on a fake smile.. Chris better keep his behavior good for the last couple months of school.
After that class I waited in the hallway for Chris,. He walked outside and walked passed me as if he didn't see me

Me: "Uhh Chris"

Chris; "what"

Me: "the hell was all of that"

Chris: "it wasn't anything,. Now go to class see you at lunch"

That was weird.. What was his problem, I brushed it off and went to my class, I had beth in there so I was fine.
Lunch finally came thank god. I was walking with Beth to the line and I saw Chris and T sitting together so I didn't bother him. I sat with Beth alone instead

Beth: so you tryna tell me what's up with you and Chris now?

Me: what's up?

Beth; Ima beat your ass for real tell me... Are y'all a thing?

Me; I mean.. I wouldn't say an exact thing but maybe there is something but then again there is nothing

Beth: the single most confusing person to live on this earth is you I swear

Me: how about this. We aren't anything just two individuals trying to get to know each other

Beth: seriously

Me;yup... Now eat your lunch before lunch ends..

Now that I actually think about it. What were we? Were we dating? Does he even like me like that? No no way.

After school I obviously went home with Chris, he held my hand to the car I felt a lot of people stare. Chris was in a better mood now so he joyfully drove
Home. Wonder what was stuck up his ass earlier...
