Meeting my brother like a stranger was not something i really imagined but since it's turned out this way i will make sure to find out what really happened that night when he said he doesn't have a sister. And i will meet him as he is now. I'm sure he is changed. We both grew up.
Manager was more than happy to hear that I've convinced Mamoru to do a duet with me. Jumping out of the van when i was brought back to the agency i rushed over to find a specific person.
Walking in and out of few music rooms i finally heard his voice. Following the loud yelling i found myself in the hallway where the boy's rooms were. And of course this certain someone was shouting, throwing stuff out. Suddenly i noticed Jinguji leaving the room. He was Little annoyed when he left the room. Carefully i took a look through the open door. The whole room was a mess. Ripped up papers everywhere, clothes on the floor and junk everywhere. As my eyes finally stopped at Ranmaru i noticed he was looking at me. And he was so, soooo angry. "Get out!" He threatened me. I wasn't sure what was happening but this was one of those moods Reiji told me about. -if you ever see him like that, just avoid him. He needs to cool off ,other wise , is no use talking to him.- reiji said. I closed the door carefully and then sighed in relief. His gaze was super intense. I wonder how he ever controls his wild temper. I instantly thought of Ranmaru as a white tiger ready to tear up it's prey. I sat down next to the door waiting for him to calm down and leave the room. Opening the bag i still carried with me i pulled out my notebook and started thinking of some lyrics.
After quite a while the door opened and Ranmaru walked out. He almost missed me but something made him turn around, and then he spotted me on the ground. "What are you doing?" He asked me, giving me his look 'disapproval of idiocy' .
"Waiting for the storm to pass." I smiled innocently still a little wary not to piss him off. I can't wait for two more hours to tell him I met my brother.
"What are you doing here?" He turned towards me and crossed his arms.
"I wanted to talk to you."
"Im busy. Go away." He harshly but didn't move from the door frame still staring at me.
"I talked to my brother today" I told him.
Suddenly i heard a growl. But... Pretty sure that was his stomach talking and not mine i decided not to laugh.
I got up and dusted off.
"Wanna hear about it or want to go eat first?"
"Why are you so calm then?" He put his hands in his pockets like he was not believing any word i just said.
Taking a small step forward i smiled. "Hey Ran... Let me tell you about it but over some food."
He was staring at me and then suddenly caught my wrist pulling me down the hallway. "Of course you're going to explain to me and you're not going to skip on details. I wanna see what idiocy you did today."
I smiled and looked down. His grip on my wrist was strong but a grip like that wasn't meant to hurt me. It was to make sure i don't walk away or fall behind. And being held strongly like that made my heart skip a beat.
When we got in the kitchen i stole few snacks and then i took his hand properly dragging him to the place near the river.
He was still in a bad mood despite wanting to hear it all so I decided one step at a time. Feed the tiger, calm him down and tell him everything.
He snacked on the things i brought i silence and after a while he handed me the last muffin from the box.
"This is for being obediently quiet."
"You seem in a bad mood I wanted to give you some time." I took a bite out of the muffin.
"Tell me now about the meeting." He nudged me.
Smiling i started my story. I told him about the meeting, our conversation and how I convinced my brother to do a duet with me.
"Sooo now you want to meet him as the person he is now. Talking to him, getting to know him and then telling him who you are after finding out the truth." Ranmaru stated, giving me a glance.
I was silent. He looked like he was processing and thinking...and then he suddenly smiled. "That's good. You're such a good girl."
My heart started beating really fast. Being given that compliment right now, as honest from Ranmaru can mean..
"I wish you were my little sister."
...crack...
As if the hypothetical glass floor underneath me cracked and broke to pieces, i was suddenly falling in darkness. And i ended up being sister-zoned. UN-FORGIVABLE.
"Kurosaki Ranmaru.."I raised my voice.
He raised his head to look at me.
"You are the death of me."
"Hmm?" He looked at me and then made a confused face.
I massaged my temples. Why did i ever give myself hope?
"What are you saying?" He leaned closer making me push him a little further so i can focus.
"Your mood got better i see." I smiled innocently trying to change the subject.
"Yeah. Recently I haven't been able to stay mad for a long time. It's been happening ever since i started being around you."
Ding.ding..ding
If this was a boxing match i just got knocked out.
I give up. My heart can only take so much.
I looked at him thinking. Why are you doing this to me Ran?
"Don't look at me like that, it's confusing." Out of the blue Ranmaru turned his head away after saying that. "Let's go back." He got up and instructed i follow him.
I walked behind him when he suddenly stopped and bumped into him. He turned towards me with the most sincere look in his eyes.
"I need a favor from you."
Helloooo, im back :D sorry if the chapter sucks and its short, but i wanted to update and get back in shape. Just watched the first episode of legend star and OMG, Ran is sooo hot in HD. Heheh. Can I just randomly put out the fact how tempted i was to photoshop my face on Reiji's on this specific photo 😁😏❤️
