BOOM!
A wall of flames burst out of Ryan's mouth, covering Origin's body in an instant! Emma watched from the side, unable to step closer because the heat was too much.
Michelle slowly descended, watching in horror. She looked at Ryan's mother's body beneath the flames. She swooped in, grabbed it, and turned to Ryan.
"Ryan...?" Her voice was soft.
"YOU'RE DEAD!" Ryan disappeared, leaving a gust of wind behind him.
BOOM!
Michelle watched in shock as chunks of a building exploded down the street. Ryan and Origin clashed in the air, trading a vicious flurry of punches and kicks.
Ryan roared, blasting Origin through another building. He followed like a blur, crashing through the roof after him. Every punch landed like an explosion, rattling cars below and cracking windows across the street.
Ryan sank his teeth into Origin's arm, trying to tear it clean off. Origin snarled and drove an elbow into Ryan, launching him into the sky.
"GET HIM!"
Robots swarmed from every direction. Ryan stopped himself midair, his wings snapping open with a thunderous WHOOSH!
He spun rapidly, unleashing waves of fire that tore through the incoming machines. Emma raised her hand.
BOOM!
Jennifer rocketed upward from below, her uppercut catching Emma and sending her flying.
"Take her... somewhere safe." Jennifer fought back tears as she looked toward her aunt.
Michelle didn't hesitate. She grabbed Emma and flew into the sky. She glanced back. Ryan was already rocketing after Origin.
CRASH!

Ruby's tendrils moved at blinding speeds. Sapphire ducked and weaved as the blades tore through the street and shredded nearby cars.
Ruby latched onto the pavement and rocketed forward. Sapphire couldn't phase in time.
WHAM!
Ruby's knee smashed into her face. Sapphire stayed on her feet, twisting Ruby's arms together like a bow before flipping away.
Ruby effortlessly unraveled the knot and shot after her. Sapphire landed, raised her weapon, and fired.
BANG!
The bullet zipped through the air. Ruby caught it. She flicked it back. The bullet tore through Sapphire's side. She dropped to one knee.
WHOOSH!
Ruby was already there.
A backhand sent Sapphire crashing through a building wall. Ruby followed, planting her foot against Sapphire's throat and pinning her against the cracked wall.
Sapphire gagged, struggling beneath the pressure. The wall finally gave way.
CRACK!
Sapphire tumbled backward into the next room.

Jennifer swung wildly, each strike sending roaring flames toward Emma. Emma moved with eerie grace, slipping past every attack.
