Jason Todd x reader

Red Hood's pov

       Once again I'm watching a little girl at the age of 7 in the hospital with thyroid cancer, she'e been here since she was 5, life is so harsh. Her nurse left her room, once she was gone the girl slid out of bed and started unplugging her oxygen tank. Once she finished she unlocked the window and opened it, I swung myself in. 

       She happily hugged me "hey Red!" she greeted me happily giving me a bright smile "hey kiddo, how are you?" I greeted her "good!" she said "come on, let's get you to bed," I said picking her up. 

       It's not the first time I've been here so I knew what to do with her oxygen tank. I remember meeting her the first time. 

Flashback 

       Bruce dragged Damian and me along for some kind of event since we still can't get along. Bruce of course had donated a large amount of money for the hospital "thank you so much, Mr. Wayne," said a doctor "no problem, doctor," said Bruce, I heard footsteps and a young girl came into view, she had h/c hair that reaches her h/l, s/c skin, and e/c eyes, she's pretty young "who is she?" I asked "Y/n L/n, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer," said the doctor "how long?" asked Bruce "for 2 years," the doctor replied "come now, Y/n, let's get you to your room," said the doctor, I grabbed her arm gently, "hey, keep fighting, I can tell you're a fighter," I said, she gave me a small smile "really?" she asked "yeah, just keep going, don't back down," I said "kay," she said and the doctor took her away "I can't believe you said that, Todd," said Damian "shut up," I said. 

Flashback over

       "What are you thinking about, Red?" asked Y/n "just thinking about how I met you," I said "I remember too," she said "the boy that was with you was mean," she said "yeah he is," I agreed, I sat down next to her and she happily snuggled into my side, "stay? Please?" she asked hopefully "yeah I'll stay till you fall asleep," I said, she yawned and snuggled even more.

        I kissed her forehead gently. 

3rd person view

       "So this is where Jason kept disappearing off to?" asked Roy "apparently," said Kori "jeez! We need him and this is where he goes!" Roy said throwing his hands in the air "I think it's sweet," said Kori "come on, let's accuse him," Roy said and they jumped to the window. 

Jason's pov

       I pulled the covers up to Y/n's chin when I heard 2 thumps. I turned to find Arsenal and Starfire "what are you guys doing here?" I asked "looking for you, duh," said Arsenal "this is where you've been going to?" "of course," I said "she needs support," "I think it's sweet," said Starfire "it's sweet that you're staying by her side,"  I smiled "it is and she needs it," I said, Y/n shifted in her bed, she started whimpering. 

       I slipped my hand into hers so she knew I'm here for her "guys, she needs me, she needs someone to support her and I'll be there for every step of the way," I said "come on, Red, time to get going," said Arsenal, both him and Starfire left but I stayed behind, I looked at Y/n again. 

       Out of my jacket I pulled out a stuffed bear and placed it next to her and left. 

                                              *time skip*

Y/n's pov

       When I woke up, I found a stuffed bear, Red must've left it last night. I hugged the bear to my and smiled, thanks, Red, I hope you visit again. 

Aw, that's cute, I've been wanting to write someone else but for some reason Jason was the only one that fits to me. Vote, comment and request!
