Backstory:Once upon a time, there was a little girl...who disobeyed her parents.

The end!

This happened to be none other than Aednat, who loved fire and seeing candles light up. But she never really knew what to do with her love for fire, considering people had confirmed her as a slight pyromaniac. One day, when she was 14, she lit candles in the house when her parents weren't home. Unfortunately, it was nearby paper and she burnt the whole house down.

Called it!

After the fire, her parents were FURIOUS. They knew they needed to punish her even if it was 17 days away.

What was 17 days away?

So, they sent her to a boot camp for bad children. Aednat spent the first week cleaning floors and avoiding people. The second week, well, someone discovered her love of fire.

How?

His name was Cole. Apparently, he was a teacher at the boot camp and a former pyro. So, Cole and Aednat made a deal. If Aednat helped him coach kids in reading, then he would teach Aednat fire tricks.

...But she's a student

The deal was made.On May 23rd, it was Aednat's birthday. She had been there for only two weeks and (whatever days I left out). Cole, the former Pyro gave her a gift; six torches. Cole taught her how to juggle them that night and she mastered the trick after vigorous practice of 19 days. On June 28th, Aednat went home no longer the 15 year old girl her parents knew.

Wasn't she 14 before?

Aednat was always sneaking out performing. Her parents caught her a LOT and always punished her in several ways each harsher than the last.

Why not break the torches?

But that never stopped Aednat. Eventually, her parents just gave up.Somehow, she passed school and got a free scholarship to a college of performing. Aednat found her people.
