Chp 13 :What is with mark ?

Jack's POV

I won't lie , i was scared as fuck . There is a demon in front of me , well , in my head actually, who looks like me and is talking to me know , how the he'll won't i be scared ?

"Hey ! I can hear that !" He yelled at me . And he can hear me think to myself? Oh great ! "Quit this !" He added.

"Ok , ok , calm down !" I said with my eyes shut . "Im trying to process this to know if im going insane." I said rather calmly.

"Look jack , you have to know everything about me , and the easiest way to explain is , im the exact opposite of you're personality , except brilliance ." He said with a straight face .

"I can communicate with dark , he is probably hearing us now . I can also hear their conversations."

"You can hear them talk to each other ?!" I was quite surprised."yes , indeed"

Anti explained everything to me , including the fact that he can take over my body for a while .i didn't enjoy that part .

He rolled his eyes . " i will go now , dark is coming upstairs. You need to be awake ." He said then turned into green and black smoke .

I felt someone placing a hand on my waist , and shake me gently. "Wake up." Well , it mark .

I opened my eyes to be greeted by the rough lightings of the room , and Mark's head hovering above me .

He had a gentle look on his face , and a slight smile on his lips . It's been ages since I've seen him look this gentle . I missed my friend so much , too bad he is my kidnapper .

I sat up , not saying a word , just staring at him , waiting for the reason he woke me up . He probably heard our little conversation .

Mark's POV

I have to tell him . I have to apologize . Dark keeps on threatening me and him , telling me that if I didn't allow him to feed on jacks pain , that he'll kill both of us .

"Mark for the last fucking time , i will kill you both if you said a word " he warned me with a threatening low , deep voice .

"You can't dark . Im the one who allows you to use this body . But enough is enough." I yelled at him in my head .

"You will regret this so damn much" he raised his finger , warning me .

"Just shut up !" I yelled louder . I am pretty mad at him , and myself.

I sat down on the bed beside jack watching him rub his eyes like a toddler .

"Jack .... c-can we please talk ..?" I asked him quietly .

Jack's POV

He wanted to talk to me ?

I just stared at him blankly. I didn't move , I didn't speak . I just stared .

He seems pretty sad , wait actually, he seemed like he was about to break down .

"Fine , i take your silence as a yes ." He said to me , looking down at his hands that were laced together.

"I am so sorry .... for bringing you here ... for hurting you for no reason ..." i could see tears threatening to fall , and hear his voice go deeper and crack because of the lump in his throat .

He broke down crying, telling me everything that made him do this to me . He told me everything about dark and the deal they had .

I didn't know how to feel . I have mixed emotions about this . I feel sad that he had to go through this , and mad at him because he did this to me .

"It's all dark's fault ..." he sobbed into his hands . It's been so long since the last time i saw him in tears . This broke my heart .

"Forgive me seán ..." he said between sobs . Suddenly, i saw anti in my head . I wasn't in the black place , i could see Mark sobbing. I can see them both , only anti was in the black place .

"Forgive him jack . He is truly sorry , that's dark's fault . He threatened him . Forgive him , and stay with him for now at least , and if i get the power to have my own body , i can save mark from dark ." Anti told me . I had to trust him . There is no other way .

"Mark.... I forgive you."

Sorry for the late updates . Im really busy these days . I will only upload on weekends, or maybe if im free , before that .
