Jason had been staring up at the ceiling still thinking about what Dylan had told him about Lana's 'love' for him.

He let out a long and frustrated sigh, he quickly sat up beginning to feel a lump in his throat.

'Don't be such a little bitch Jason, Lana loves you there's no need to get yourself worked up about it'

He thought to himself then paused and began  thinking back to the few minutes he spoke to Dylan; Jason's hands clenched at his sides. He knew he was at the brink of anger, anything could practically set him off and that's what scared him.

Without hesitation Jason laid back down and tightly wrapped his arms around Lana, his heartbeat coming back to a normal pace. His once fully black eyes he received only when truly angered went back to its normal state.

*beep beep*

Jason groaned roughly grabbing his phone in annoyance

"What now?" He whispered to himself frustrated, looking down at his phone

'Hello Jason, it's me Dylan I'm sorry to see that my words have been really taking a toll on you, haven't they?'

Jason rubbed his eyes not believing the message he was reading

'Aren't you going to reply?'

Jason cleared his throat with his eyebrows furrowed and confused as to how Dylan is watching him. He typed in the keyboard to reply then shook his head and began typing a new message to respond with.

'Stop being so indecisive Jason, just reply back already'

'Why are you doing this Dylan?'

Jason replied genuinely curious as to why he wanted to cause havoc to Jason and Lana's blossoming relationship.

'Because I love and I'm in love with Lana, duh we went over this already Jason'

'Firstly don't you ever talk to me like that, secondly Lana is mine she knows it, I know it, and you know it. Get over yourself Dylan because it's never going to happen."

'Never say never Jason'

Jason read the message not even bothering to respond and Dylan didn't seem to care either allowing him to finally fall asleep.

The next morning Jason had awoken to an empty spot on the bed, he rolled onto the place at which Lana had laid. He felt that it was warm and knew that she must have woken up not to long ago.

Jason quickly got up, made the bed and proceeded to brush his teeth and wash his face at a lightning like speed. He practically ran down the downstairs to see where Lana is, feeling more protective and clingy than usual now that he knows Dylan is after her.

After searching frantically he saw a small and slim figure looking out into the window.

With a smile he grabbed Lana's waist and pulled her to his waist the both of them swaying from side to side.

He kissed her on the cheek numerous times and stood there for a moment enjoying the view of nature. The leaves of the trees began falling and changing colors with the slight frost resting on the window indicating fall has begun.

"Jason?"

"Yes doll?"

"I want to go outside"

"Ok that's no problem I can open the patio door and-"

"No Jason I want to go more than just outside the backyard I want to have a 'normal life'"
