Zane x Reader - Welcome To Hell

Your footsteps felt heavier today. It was like with every step you took, a minute passed. You had just come from Aphmau's house from taking care of Levin and Malachai with Zoe and boy were you tired. Who knew those two little brothers could be such.... Trouble.

Letting out a sigh, you walked down the stone steps and examined the rocking branches and the swaying leaves. They were peaceful..

With you bow in your grip, you decided to shoot the tree to the right of you. Grabbing an arrow from your book bag that was on your bag, you grabbed one and focused your aim on the center on the tree and let go.

The arrow went as fast as someone's death, and shot the middle of the tree perfectly. You smiled and looked at your best friend, your bow. You walked over to the arrow and grabbed it, shoving it back into your book bag and left to your place, which was near the gates that Lord Aphmau had built.

As you were walking to your house, you saw Aphmau, Laurence, Kemurr, Emmalyn, that weird shirtless dude, Dante, and Katelyn at the gates. Huh, you wonder what's happening. The group ran out into the forest, but Aphmau had stopped Dante at the beginning of the gates. Well... Mine as well check it out, right?

Walking over to Dante, you tapped his shoulder lightly. He turned around, his blue hair whipping with the wind. "O-Oh hey Y/N..." He greeted, but he looked at the forest worried. "What's happening? I saw everyone here just now." "Hey uh.. Please, you're an archer right?" You nodded, because you had some good years with your trusty arrow. "Then please, can you go after them? I don't know if they're going to be alright, even if Laurence is a guard and Katelyn is powerful."

"Uh, sure." "Thank you, Y/N."

You smiled at him and nodded. "Bye!"

"Goodbye."

With that, you ran off into the forest, trying to find the group. Glancing back at Dante, you sighed and ran.

You let out a few tired pants. Where the heck were they?! They couldn't be far at all.. You wondered how Garroth was doing. Aphmau said he was just sick, but you knew something was up. LIke, who blocks off everyone like that when they're sick?! Maybe some people, but you know Garroth ever since he came to them village and you knew something was up. Except he wouldn't answer you when you went to his door, and you attempted to pry his door open but he had shouted at you with all his anger. Ugh, just remembering that gives you shivers. He had never acted like that.

You nodded. "Thank you Laurence." He nodded in return ad you walked into the building. You knew exactly where the ladder was and headed there immediately, climbing up on it. "Garroth?" No response. You sighed and walked up to his door.

Knock Knock Knock

Silence. Well, didn't they always say Silence was Golden?

Well not right now.

"Garroth, listen here. I know something must be wrong and not that lame excuse of a sickness. Please, I know you. If something happened with Aphmau, then you can tell me. You have us, you have me. Can you reply?"
