A seed is planted.
As the clock went round and round, the plant sprouts.
The botanists made sure,
to care for and nurture the plant.
For at this point, it was fragile,
delicate, soft.
As it grew taller,
they tied rods to it.
Thus teaching it to grow,
up.
Nature wasn't kind to the plant.
It went through,
winds, storms and extreme heat.
At the end Nature's cruelty taught it to be tolerant.
The plant had by then won the title of big strong tree.
Its pink foleage, often creating
a drizzle of beauty.
Now it stands admired by many.
