You should never show your
true self in this world,
it only gives you chance to get hurt.

This world is cruel
and it does not care about you -
no matter what you've been taught.

The only person you should rely on,
is yourself, cause no matter what -
other people will let you down,
whether on purpose or not.

Life is better - when you
are fighting for yourself alone,
knowing what the real truth is.

We need to learn to love ourselves,
because if we don't love ourselves
who will love us?
