The Purple Ranger *Power Rangers in space*

A ship was moving towards the earth and inside it were four desperate looking humans and a robot.
One of the two girls, Cassie, looked out the window and noticed a big ship heading towards them. TJ tried to tell the ship to move but was interrupted by Cassie saying it was opening. A green beam started pulling them in.
"Who could it be?" Carlos asked.
"Looks like we're going to find out." answered TJ gravely.

They all entered the ship quietly, confusion written on their faces. Cassie read the words from a sign on the wall.
Astro Megazord
Their confusion grew as they walked down the empty, grey corridor. They passed a camera and Carlos looked at it intrigued before walking away. They didn't notice it following them. They rounded a corner and tried keeping quiet as they crept along. The silence was broken as Alpha started speaking gibberish since his circuits had been damaged.
Ashley quietened him and told him to stay where he was. The four of them then continued into a room with humming machinery .
"Whoa you think this is the engine?" Asked TJ.
"It looks like it might be the engine but who knows?" Carlos replied.
" I'm starting to wonder if there's anybody on this ship."
"Yeah it's really weird." Cassie agreed with TJ. She then urged them to keep searching.
TJ split the group up by sending Ashley and Carlos to look in one room while he and Cassie searched another one. Ashley looked around in wonder before noticing the synthetron. She pressed the buttons while Carlos explored the rest of the room. She called Carlos over and showed him the machine. With a press of a button food materialised in the small cupboard like machine. Cassie and TJ then entered the room.
" We can't find anyone." TJ said, leaning against the wall. Carlos was still looking at his surroundings when he found a plate of uneaten food.
"Well someone was here recently," He said displaying the plate of food,"This food's still warm."
The group left the room perplexed and unaware that they were still being watched carefully by the cameras.
They continued exploring until they came to a room bigger than the rest.
"This is amazing!" Cassie cried.
"It must be the ships bridge." TJ explained.
It was big and spacious with consoles around the side and in the middle. There were chairs and panels and at the front a viewing screen.
"Wow!" Ashley gasped as they all looked around in awe.
"So where is everybody?" Cassie asked.
"I don't get it. Somebody brought us here on purpose." TJ said looking around.
"Yeah ,but why? And who?" Ashley questioned. Alpha started pressing buttons in the consoles to the side of the room.
"Careful Alpha! Do you know what you're doing?" TJ asked but Alpha replied with gibberish. Suddenly a planet came into view on the screen and they all walked over to it.
"It's incredible." Carlos said.
"Alpha what planet is that?" TJ asked. " Maybe we can figure out where we are."

Alpha started speaking gibberish again, confusing Ashley and TJ when suddenly the door behind them opened with a whooshing sound revealing to the two who stood there the Red Ranger who was about to speak. He stopped when he saw TJ. After a moment of confusion TJ greeted him.
"Hi, Uh this isn't what it must look like to you." As TJ talked the Red Ranger walked slowly backwards.
"We didn't come here by choice," TJ continued. " Sorry if we startled you. Is this your ship?" Then Carlos and Cassie walked round the corner talking. They stopped when they saw te Red Ranger but he started running away after closing the door to the bridge.
"Hey wait!" Cassie called.
TJ dived towards the door and rolled under it before it closed. Ashley was a second to slow and therefore had to run to the other door. They ran after him, chasing him down a hatch and through corridors. Alpha followed too. Suddenly the Ranger appeared and started fighting them.
"Wait, we don't want to fight you." TJ said as they all tried to stop him.
Suddenly the ship was fired upon and they all fell to the side, using the walls as support.
The ranger ran off but Ashley called after him.
"Wait!"
The ranger closed the doors to the bridge and TJ tried to pry them open.
"What was that?"
"A red ranger?"
"But why would he try to attack us?"
"This must be his ship! He thought we were enemies." TJ said. "Somebody must be after him!"

The ranger ran into the bridge where alarms were going off.
"Astronema!" He exclaimed. Another shot hit the force field around the ship.
An electronic voice echoed around the bridge. "The engines are disabled."
"On screen." The Red Ranger said. An image of the engine came up and a wire was disconnected. The engine then powered down.

Meanwhile the group were stumbling along the hall when they saw the engine room.
"The engine room!" Cassie exclaimed.
"Let's check it out!" TJ said as he squeezed through the gap in the door. The others followed behind him.
"It's that cable, it came unplugged." TJ said pointing to the loose cable. They managed to reconnect the cable and Alpha re-started the engines as the ship fell to the planet below.

The engine roared to life and the robotic voice echoed in the bridge.
"Astro thrusters are back on line."
"What?" The Red Ranger exclaimed. "They were telling me the truth after all." He muttered.
"Astro thrusters full power now!" He said pulling a lever but the planets gravitational pull was too strong and the ship crash landed on the planet. The impact threw the four people in the engine room to the floor. The Red Ranger was also throw to the floor in the bridge.
"I better find the intruders." He said as he jogged away into the teleporter.

He rounded the corner to the engine room and asked them who they were.
"Who are you?"
"We're the power rangers." TJ answered.
"Power rangers?" The Red Ranger questioned. Suddenly the robotic voice sounded out in the engine room.
"Sensors indicate Astronema's ship is landing."
The Red Ranger ran off, leaving the four to follow him.
"Astronema's forces are disembarking."
"Quantrons!" The Red Ranger exclaimed.
"What's a quantron?" Ashley questioned. Suddenly they showed up on the viewing screen and the group shared grim looks.
"Believe me, we are the power rangers, well at least we were the power rangers." TJ said from behind the Red Ranger. "It's a long story but we're on our way to eltar to save Zordon.
This caught the Ranger's attention.
"Zordon? He whispered to himself. Then aloud he said,
"DECA what's our status? Can we take off?"
"Th​​​e mega accelerator is disabled. Launch is impossible. Mega lasers are also down. Megadecks five and six are on auxiliary power."
After a pause where the group shared worried looks DECA spoke again
"The quantrons are nearing attack position against the megaship.
The Red Ranger hurried to the teleporter but TJ raced after him.
"We're coming with you!" He said and Cassie, Carlos and Ashley followed TJ into the lift with the Red Ranger.
