What is Robert going to do? I shook my head at the horrible thought. When Damon voice cut through the silent room
"Is he getting worse!" Damon's voice rose.
"Keep your voice down! And yes it has" I whispered. He nodded his head and clenched his hands.
"I don't know why you're still here I'm just a worthless nobody! I have nothing to do with my life , but Abby she has potential in her I-I want a better life for her! She doesn't deserve this!" I whispered-yelled. Tears flooded my eyes. He gathered me into his arms.
"You're not worthless, you're worth everything to me.." I looked up from his chest.
"Wh-wh-what? I'm not important to anyone Damon I AM worthless!"
"Alex you're far from worthless! " he whispered.
"That is certainly how I feel!" I felt the tears coming down faster.
"Well you are! It may just be me saying this but damnit, your important!"
"How so?"
"You are everything to me" he started crying.
"Since when have you cared about me?"
"For a long damn time!" I just stood there, shocked. " Alex I care for you, you're my best friend. I love you, you know that" he chuckled.
"Damon I know you love me. I love me too." I laugh "I love you too Damon" I beamed at him.
