*4 years later*

Kimberley's POV

I'm going back up to Newcastle for the the first time in 4 years. A lot has happened since then. I've done many amazing shows, I've found out I'm a lesbian, and I have a son too. His name is Justin, after the only boy I've ever truly loved. I've also moved on from cheryl, it took a while but I finally have and I'm actually happy being single, with Justin. I'm moving back to Newcastle to work at a performing arts school teaching mostly teenagers as I can't do performances because of Justin but I wouldn't change that for anything. Justin is my whole life, and I love him to pieces.

3 weeks later, I start teaching at the school tomorrow. I haven't seen cheryl around even though it is opposite the school we went to. She's probably moved away.
"Mummy I'm hungry" my cute little 3 year old whined
"Me too babes we are going food shopping after work tomorrow so lets go to a café now"
"Yay!" He squealed happily

"What can I get for you?"
"A cup of coffee, a cheese sandwich and some orange juice please"
"Okay that's- Kimberley?" The waitress looked at me for the first time
"Erm yes?"
"It's me! Nadine?"
"Nadine!! Hi sorry I didn't recognise you!"
"Hey it's fine! Who's this cute little sweetheart eh?" Nadine squealed making Justin giggle
"Justin!" Justin shouted happily at nadine
"Hello Justin my names nadine!" Nadine shouted back
"He's my son" I interrupt them smiling proudly at Justin.
"Aw! I thought you were.. You know after.. Well. You know."
"I am.. I was drunk. You can say her name im sure we've both moved on it has been 4 years."
"Yeah.. She took it really badly you know when she woke up.. She rang 24/7 and cried all the time. She started.. cutting and tried to commit suicide at first-"
"Oh my god!" I cry ashamed at myself.
"No, no she's fine now! She's actually never been happier. When she went back to school, a new boy had started his name is Derek. He came from America, he fell for her, she fell for him. It took her a while to finally get over you but Derek helped her a lot.
"So is Derek still her boyfriend?" I ask silently hoping they aren't still together.
"He found out he was into men and they broke up, obviously." Nadine says.
"Oh.. So what does cheryl do now?"
"She works at the performing arts school with me, well I start tomorrow, this is my last day here."
"Are you and cheryl teaching drama?"
"No dance and gymnastics, and I'm doing music, but mostly singing lessons part time. I'm engaged."
"Oh my god! Wow nads congratulations! What's his name?" I squeal happy for my ex best friend.
"Jason, he's Derek's twin brother they both came from America."
"Ooh. What do Nicola and Sarah do nowadays?"
"Nicola moved to London and started songwriting for this girl band called girls aloud, and Sarah owns a bar in town. It seems we have all done pretty well for ourselves."
"Yeah it does! Look I know I shouldn't be asking but does cheryl ever talk about me?"
"No, she doesn't allow herself to. But we aren't all that close anymore. We still say hi when we see eachother but we don't talk or text anymore. She sticks with her friends she made when she met Derek. And I've stayed with Sarah."
"Oh.. Do you think I should stay clear of her? I don't want to bring back bad memories."
"I think that would be best."
"Okay well see you tomorrow."
"Bye, bye Justin"
"Bye bye diney!" Justin shouts to nadine smiling.
