Mercy (Carl Grimes)

Chapter 3

We went to the fences and unlaced the twine that tied the hole in the fence, and crawled through it. I came across 3 walkers that were too close to me so I stabbed one and in the head, and shot the other two, Daryl, michonne, Hershel, and rick went to the other side and shot em all, while Tyreese and the others distracted the rest of the walkers.

I saw that carl was stealing glimpses at me, I just shrugged it off.

But then as carl got too carried away with me, a walker was trying to bit his hand.

I heard him start to scream.

Surprisingly I went over to he walker and stabbed his eye, saving carls life.

"Wow Mar thanks, I owe ya one" he cheered, grinning widely.

"Just so you know, that was for your own sake." I responded, walking back to where I was before.

"By the way, you look so hot killing walkers." he shouted at me, I replied by rolling my eyes.

"Hey Beth, will you do me a favor and get me a rag to clean up the blood on me?"

She nodded her head and started to walk inside the prison.

I followed behind her and waiting for her return.

Suddenly felt a pair of arms being wrapped around my waist from behind.

I got scared so I slapped the figure behind me.

"OW!" I heard.

Turns out I accidentally slapped carl.

"OMG sorry carl!" I apologized
Not fully meaning it.

"It's ok babe"

Woah, did he just call me babe?

"Here ya go marina" Beth said as she handed me the rag.

"Thanks beth" I said, she smiled and walked off.

Just as I was about to clean my arm, carls hand snatched the rag from me.

"Here let me help you with that"

I let him.

He gently cleaned my arm, traveled up it reaching my face, he gently scrubbed the smeared blood off of it.

"Truly sorry I hurt ya mar, and I mean it this time." he spoke, as he looked into my dark blue eyes.

"Are you sure?" I replied with a pleading look.

"Will this answer your question?" He smirked.

He suddenly crashed his lips onto mine, and unknowingly I kissed back.

I wrapped my arms around his neck as he grabbed my waist.

Halfway through the kiss he picked me up and threw me on the bed, he started planting little kisses on my jawline and back up to my lips.

Then we both let go and shared our huffs and puffs

"Hey marina?" he asked.

I turned my attention to his eyes. "yes?"

He intertwined his fingers with mine. "will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course grimes" I blushed.

He then threw his hat in the air. "yay!"

I laughed at his silliness.
