"B-buhay siya?" Gulat na tanong nito sa sarili.
Hindi siya makapaniwala sa kanyang nakikita sapagka't ang alam nito, at ang alam ng lahat ay patay na ito. It was an image of a young lady shown at the magic crystal light ball, from the prophecy.
Animo'y binuhasan siya ng malamig na tubig sa labis na pagkagulat at hindi makagalaw. He was shocked and clueless for a moment, that curiosity is slowly crawling on his mind, as if seeing the young lady was a big troublesome.
He quickly shift his gaze to the image of the prophecy – where its an old statue like a mummy in horror but with undeniably powerful white light of magic comes out sending a message where he never expect and wish not to hear.
"A lady with a pure heart,
Young but courageous and brave,
Her skin is pale like snow,
Her hair is dark as night,
Her rosy cheeks and lips are red like blood,
Her eyes are like a deep sea of secrets,
She's mysterious and captivating – sweet yet cold,
Find her, and be her protector. As the time for her power arise, a shadow will conquer, everyone will be asleep, perishing the darkness. As the fondness is an obstacle, a sense of fear will perceive, as the blood shouts, many fragile heart will shutter, but she is the only one who will break that spell, and change that destiny – our main enemy."
Wala sa sariling napaupo at hindi maiwasang maluha na lamang mula sa kanyang narinig. Napatitig sa kawalan at hindi na nakaimik pa. Hindi niya alam kung ano ang dapat maramdaman dahil mas mangingibabaw dito ang pagkagulat at takot na bumabalot sa kanyang isipan.
Because finally, he got the last card of hope to save their lives. Pero hindi niya aakalaing sobrang gulo't mapanganib ng mga susunod na mangyayari. Hindi niya alam kung saan magsisimula, basta one thing is for sure, that he will protect her even if he risks his own life just to save her – and that he'll be always there until his last breathe.
Muli siyang napagbuntong hininga bago tuluyang lumisan para simulan ang paghahanap, sa muli ay tinignan niya ang dalaga kasabay ng pagguhit ng mapait niyang ngiti.
