Me and my brothers walked through the entrance of our company.
"Is it me or they treat us like celebrities." Matt said cockily.
The TV reporters were trying to imterview the owners of the company.
When Georgette and her brothers went in the entrance.
"Good morning Sirs and Mam..."
Mark was definitely a security guard.
"Hello Santos! Nice too see you around here!" Emil eyed him.
"Hello Sir Emil!" Mark spoke nervously.
"So Mark? Still single?" Matt gave him a sly grin.
"Y-yes..." he said and looked at Lucas.
"So...lets go to our office." Lucas imterrupted and his gaze went to the two.
"Sure" the two replied.
Now its time to start working.
*All hell broke lose*
Employees were rushing in and out of the office to send files and papers.
"This is my sixty-second paper being signed." Emil muttered.
"Mines fifty-ninth." I replied boringly.
"Mines seventy-sixth. Seriously?! Why are there so many papers. Plus most of them are not yet signed. Some passed the deadline." Lucas said angrily.
I called the table of the secretary and after I got the answer I put down the phone.
"I expected the last manager to handle this well. According to the secretary we were supposed to only sign 10 today. But found these unsigned and late files inside boxes."
Matt grabbed the telephone.
"Who in the world is the last manager of this company?!" Matt yelled at the telephone.
We stared at him.
"How could you explain that there are late papers that have not been signed yet. Oh dont tell me the reason. Send him here immedietly!!" Matt placed the phone down and sighed.
Lucas cocked his head to Matt's direction who has been rubbing his forehead.
I stood up immedietly and squeezed his arm and smiled at him.
"Dont worry! I will do the talk."
He smiled and I saw the last manager.I walked to him and stood tall.
"Who are you?" I asked in a stern voice.
"Uh....mam....Bob Smith. Nice to meet you." He shook my hand and winked.
I circled him and had my eagle eye.
"You were the last manager?"
Before he answered.
"How?" I stopped and looked at him up and down.
"The people voted me to be manager because I am responsible!" He said and smiled very big at me.
I pointed to Matt's desk.
"You call yourself responsible?! How come there are still unsigned papers?! Answer me!" I had my strict deadly voice.
"Well....I....uh." He stuttered and Lucas came to me.
"You blockhead! Better get out of this company before we explode and kill you!!"
"I am fired?" He asked.
We nodded our heads and pointed at the door.
"But miss beautiful!" He grabbed my leg and I shrieked.
Lucas grabbed him by the collar and got him out of the office.
"Get him out of this company!" He yelled at the guard and stomped inside.
"My god!" Lucas exhaled and sat on the couch.
I went to him and he closed his eyes.
My brothers also sat on the couch and stared at the wall.
"What are we going to do? The deadlines were last month!" I picked up the paper and looked at them.
"This branch might be closed." I continued.
Matt sighed and signalled me to come closer.
I sat on the couch and he sighed.
"We have to work overnight." This sent us groaning.
We spent every hour signing papers and neatly placing them in folders and passed them to the employees.
"Mam, Sirs. There will be a meeting about the sales." The secretary called.
We looked at each other and Emil volunteered.
"Lucas? What time is it?" I asked after Emil left.
" 2:30" he said and groaned.
Papers were still stacked on my desk and Matt came to take half since he was finishing two.
When Emil went inside he told us that the sales are 80%.
We sighed and continued working.
Our secretary Jen went inside and gave us coffee.
"Thank you Jen." She smiled and left the room.
/TIME SKIP TO 7:37\
"Finally....." Matt sighed.
Lucas had his head on his desk and Emil was calculating.
I sat crossed legged on the couch and looked through old files.
"Finally I found it!" I squeaked and opened the file.
"Manager Bob Smith. Manager for 7 years. Age 36. Blah blah blah." I muttered.
"7 years?!" Matt stood up from his seat.
"Uhuh...why?"
"Nothing!" He said and sat back down.
At the end of the day we were exhausted.
Our driver picked us up and drove to our house in a subdivision.
"My room!" I claimed a red one.
"Mine!" Emil claimed a green one.
"Ours!" Matt and Lucas claimed the blue room.
"Haha...too slow!" Emil teased.
"Good luck in sharing! I heard Matt snores alot!" I giggled and Matt carried me on his shoulder.
"Let. Me. Go!!" I squirmed and he dropped me.
"My room!" He hugged the red one.
"Im sharing?!" I looked at him.
"Obviously!" He laughed and went inside the red room.
"Oh no you dont!!" I yelled but he slammed the door shut.
"Matt!!" I pounded the door.
I heard him laugh and I looked at my two brothers.
"The blue room has two seperate beds." Lucas said while peeking at the room.
I let out a 'fine' and went inside.
The dresser was empty and I placed my make up.
We placed our clothes in seperate drawers and plopped on our beds.
Lucas went down to cook.
I took a shower and changed to house clothes.
As I brushed my hair I opened my laptop and began typing on the monthly report.
"I have to make four and pass it tomorrow!" I muttered angrily and typed the report.
I went down for dinner and brushed my teeth.
"Matt will wash the dishes!" Emil yelled in victory.
I sat on the dinning room table and continued my work.
*I am sleeping late again!!!*
