The Wall Between Monsters

Minah's POV

It is 4 am and I am still up. I can't sleep at all and I am exhausted. Checking my phone, I really wanted to text Sehun, but I decided not to.

When was he going to do something that I could tell if he really liked ne or not? Yes, asking me on another date is a sign, but I want the actual words to cone out of his mouth.

Then again, what if I am asking too much of him. What if he just can't say if, because he isn't ready? Or is he just doing this out of pity and wants me ro feel special in some way?

Sehun never ended our dates with, "I had a nice time." Or, "Can we go on another date..."

He always ended it with things like, "Remember I am the ultimate Maknae." Or, "I am busy, so I will say goodnight now."

Just the odd things like that he would say. Was that keeping me up?? No, because I came up on that subject to occupy myself. I just wanted to sleep. Just close my eyes and go out.

"So, just think about it. Think about the time...." The song went on as I danced.

Aftrr finally falling asleep, my alarm went off and I went down to the training room. Practace makes perminent. I needed to perfect my dance for these songs so people don't make a "What You Missed In The TMPD Performance." Video.

Yes I love to watch those videos, but I fear I will get yelled at if I cause a huge scene.

I also wanted to prove my place in TMPD. Make it known that you must have a Maknae. That the Maknae shall prevale, and I can overthrow Sehun.

I thought made me laugh and I finally took my break. 8 am. I started to practace around an hour ago.

Kai walked in and put his bag to the side.

"Ooo! Dancing King!" I exclaimed this while pointing my finger at him.

"Yes! That name caught on." Kai looked at me with joy and said this.

"What do you mean it caught on?? It was always there to begin with." I said this with a smirk. "What are you doing here?"

"I wanna practace with you. Sehun is still sleep and yelled at me to get out of the room. This in turn got me yelled at by Suho Hyung, cause he was still asleep also." Kai said this and came next to me.

"What time did you all go to bed at?" I asked this to him as I shuffled through my songs.

"6 am. Well, D.O, Sehun, Suho Hyung, and I all went to bed at that time. We practaced and played videogames all night." I laughed at the thought of them dancing to Monster while playing a game like Mario Cart.

"I thought Alice Unni was your practace buddy from our group?" I fixed my clothing in the mirror.

"That was until Chanyeol and her started to date. Now just the two of the practace together as a date." Kai stuck his tounge out and stretched a bit.

"I thought you aproved of their relationship. You and Kimber Unni pushed it so much." I smiled and stretched with him.

"Yeah, that was until he stole my dancing buddy, and Sehun is always tired." Kai replied with this and played Monster by EXO.

He taught me the moves and we danced to the song. I felt overjoyed to learn the dance to my second favorite song in their album.

The song suddenly switched to Artificial Love. I watched as Kai danced to the song. He paused it when Sehun walked in.

"Nice of you to join us." Kai said this in a sarcastic tone.

"Sorry to barge in kn your date, Hyung, but I want to practice also." Sehun said this in a sarcastic tone.

"That's fine. Come on, I just started Artificial Love." Kai said this and cracked his kneck. "Get the canes." He took a drink of his water and put it back down.

"We are really dancing to this song?" Kai nodded his head at Sehun. "Okay."

He grabbed two canes from the closet and threw one at Kai. I looked at the black canes in confusion, but ignored the question going through my head. Why do they need those?

They played it again and danced. It was a unique dance that I enjoyed watching. The memory of this dance went over my head, until they started to slowly go to the floor.

My cheeks flushed up when I saw the boys grind against the canes. I shut off the music and yelled at them to stop.

"Yah! Minah, what was that for?" Kai got up and asked this.

"You shouldn't dance that infront of me. I am the Maknae of my group and I am an innocent Maknae. Let me stay that way." I said this with a pout to my face.

"Okay." Kai laughed at me. "Why don't we dance to one of your songs? Maybe, Life and Death?"

I nodded my head. I could teach them that dance, it was reallt easy and I memorized that faster than Monster.

"What is the meaning behind that song?" Sehun asked this as he drank some of his water.

"It is about a girl who is in deep love with a guy, but she grows to love him so much she kills him. Although she can't physically be with him, she says thst in her dreams she feels like that is the point between life and death, for she is able to see him once again." I said this with no worry.

"That is deep." Sehun said this with half wide eyes.

"Yeah, it is a weirder dance." I said this as I taught them move by move to the dance.

The three of us sat in cafe eating food and drinking coffee. The three of us ended our practace around 11 am, and then headed down the the SM Cafe.

Sehun had bought me a stuffed toy of him in a wolf costume. I stared at it with a large smile on my face. Kai bought us all food and drinks.

"I wish Hyung would let us take his blackcard." Kai mumbled things like this once in awhile.

"Do you really like that one? There were cuter ones in the store." Sehun observed and commented on me looking at my new toy.

"Dae, I really like this one. It has two things I love." I said this while drinking my warm vanilla milk.

I am not really allowed to have caffeine according to my manager, physical physician, and sisters. They all say that I get way to hiper with caffeine.

"You really like me?" Sehun asked this.

"Yeah, I do. I have since highschool." I looked up and said this to Sehun.

"Good, because I am starting to really like you." He smiled after saying this.

Did Oh Sehun just tell me that he likes me? Could this be the beggining of the best day ever? Questions ran through my head.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" Kai choked on his drink in shock and I felt like ny heart stopped.
