The Wall Between Monsters

Chpt. 33 Alice's POV

Kimber walked over to me at the doors of the company. I smiled upon seeing her and we walked in.

We finally walked into the meeting room and sat down on the chairs.

I stared at the SM representative.

"Please let Minah stay." I asked this of them. Kimber sat to my left and we stared at the women. We did not tell Minah about this meeting, we just let her be.

"We made our decision, plus JYP Entertainment said that they could take her and give her a chance to become a great star." The women said this and went to get up.

I collapsed on my knees and looked down. "Please let Minah stay." I never begged. Kimber knelt next to me and repeated my words.

Yes this is risky, and something bad could happen. Although, Minah was one of my best friends, and I couldn't let her leave her family. The family that her parents trusted could help raise her in a way.

Mabye I was like the mother in the group in a way, but we all are. Minah is the baby, and we have to watch over the baby. No matter what Sehun pleads on the other end.

"Chen from EXO contributes to the group. His voice is high and even if his vocal range is similar to Xiumin and Baekhyun's you keep him. You created CBX out of them, and let him sing. Why can't you do the same with Minah?" I said this.

"Just as Chen is to EXO, Minah is to TMPD. Minah is our Chen, and you can't take our precious Maknae away from us." Kimber said this as we stayed the position.

"Aish!!" The women exclaimed this. "Do you have an extra room in the dorms?" She asked the question.

"Dae, but we use it for storage mostly. We can clean it out though." I quickly said this.

"Go is moving in today. I will speak with SM CEO and JYP to see if we can figure something out. You do plead a good case." The women then bowed. "I will leave first." We got up and bowed to her as she left.

It felt revealing to think that we got all that done with. Now the hardest process was coming, the waiting part. Waiting to see if we can keep Minah or not.

I felt a bit of anticipation, wanting to know the answer right here and now. Kimber rubbed my arm.

"We can do this. Minah will be able to stay, you brought up a great battle of perspective." Kimber said this with a smile.

"We did it together. Come on, Go Bum should have a nice welcoming." The two of us headed out and walked to our van.

"Alice, did you know that Jimin Oppa and Go Bum were friends?" Kimber looked at me and said this.

"Annyio, that is cool though." I replied with these words.

"I am just hoping he didn't like her, or still does." Kimber looked down with an uncertain face.

"Wau, you are more worried than me. Unni, Jimin said he loved you. At least that is what you told me; that Jimin kissed your head and said I love you." I replied with this and looked at her with reassurance.

Kimber nodded her head and told me that I was correct. I smiled and looked out the window.

The rest of the ride over was quiet, and I played with my ring in the mean time.

"I like you, a lot. I don't care if we may not be here together anymore, but that doesn't mean we can't be together." Either that is Minah watching something loudly, or she is confessing to Sehun.

We walked in to see Minah watching television, and a young girl in the kitchen.

She wore a leather jacket, short black skirt, and combat boots. Her shirt said Rolling Stones. Her hair was cut to her neck and had blue streaks mixed with the gray/silver tone of her hair.

"You must be Park Go Bum. Sorry we are late, we had some business to take care of." I reached out my hand and shook hers.

"It is fine. You must be May, Kodak, and that over there I suppose is Liv." We all looked at her with wide eyes.

"I never told you our names, how did you figure them out." Minah turned over towards us.

"Asked around the company. I am just going to call you Alice-shi, Kimber-shi and Minah-shi." Go smiled and said this.

"You are older than us?" I said this.

"Dae, Kimber and I are the same age. I am just born one month beforehand." She smiled a wide smile and twirled her thumbs.

"Oh, cool. Have you settled in?" I asked this to her.

"Dae, I have already unpacked." She smiled, but something about her was suspicious.

"Go, what do you like? You know favorite color, food, style, just the general information." I said this informally.

"My favorite color is black, favorite food is Bimbimbap, and my favorite style is Punk Rock. Also, we should stock up on Maximum Gold. It's my favorite coffee. I was also thinking of am espresso machine." She smiled a cocky smile and smirk.

For some reason, I was really starting to hate Go Bum. Living with her was going to be harder than expected.

The four of us sat on the couch for the past two hours just getting to know each other.

"Alice, I heard you and Chanyeol are together, like dating. Are the rumors true?" I felt uncomfortable with the question.

I wanted to deflect the question, but Chanyeol did say that he did not care about the publics opinion. "Dae, I am dating Park Chanyeol." I replied confidently.

"Daebak. What about you Kimber? I saw pictures of a hidden guy kissing your forehead." She smirked a haughty smirk at Kimber.

"I am dating, but won't reveal the guys name. How about you also, Go Bum, have anyone in that heart of yours?" Kimber must hate her, becuase she did the same sarcastic tone she gives Sehun. Who is someone she always fights with.

"Actually, an old friend of mine has become a famous singer. I still like him even since all the way back then. His name is Park Jimin. We have sinilar last names, so it wont be much of a difference if we married. I know silly of me to think of marrage with someone who must not even remember me." She chuckled a laugh to herself.

Kimber had fury and anger in her eyes. Minah had shock, and I felt like I had the same.

Kimber looked at her phone, got up after excusing herself, and went to her room.

I followed soon after to see how she was doing. Kimber sat there at her desk tapping the space bar on the laptop.

"You okay?" I asked this and pulled up a small chair nexr to her.

"She is hiding the real reason why she is here from us. She is a quack." Kimber said this while stopping her figiting.

"Yeah, I agree with you. Park Go Bum is hiding something from us." I agreed with my friends thoughts.

"I hate her. I HATE Park Go Bum, and I am going to find out the truth." Kimber said this with great certainty. We're going to find out the truth together.
