It's been a week since Axel had his service dog.His parents weren't exactly on board with him a having dog because of his experience with one but Axel assured them that there was no need to worry.He was still pretty shaky if she came up on him by surprise but Axel was getting to having her around

It was 1:300 in afternoon.Mr.and Mrs.Rodgers were at work while Jc was in school.Axel sat in the living room,hearing the sound of tv that Jc had left on by accident that morning.He huffed in boredom,ruffling his already messy hair more.Axel's stomach grumbled in anger for not feeding it.Normally his mom would make him lunch and put it on the counter but she seem to forgot to do this time.Axel was still learning his way around the house but he avoid the kitchen as much as possible,only because there were knives and other danger appliances in there.Plus his parents didn't want him in there period unless they were around

His stomach continued to scowl him until he got it some food or even water.Axel groaned as he literally felt his insides eating of each other.The feeling of hunger make Axel feel nauseous,like any minute he could vomit.The suddenly the front door clicked opened meaning somebody was home

"Axel honey,where are you.I have Burger King"his mother's voice travelled through the home

"Living room"he replied

The sound of her heels making contact with the ground bother Axel's ears.He never understood why women wore them or why they made so much noise

"Honey you look pale.I'm sorry about your lunch sweetie,I totally forgot"

"Just shoved that burger down my throat women before my insides eat me alive"he joked light but at the same time,he was serious.Axel has never been so hunger a day in his life

The taste of a whopper hit his taste bugs instantly.He tried crammed it in his mouth but his mother kept him from doing so

"Slow down honey.I know you're hunger but believe me,the food's not going anywhere.I don't want you to choke"Axel pouted but still let his mother feed him.But slowly this time

After he was done,Mrs.Rodgers cleaned up the mess and threw it in the trash.She back on the couch beside Axel,putting a blanket over the both of them.Axel leaned his head in the crook of her neck and drifted off to sleep.She kissed his head and continued to watch tv.Her husband and Jc walked through the door,talking loudly.Mrs.Rodgers gave them the sign to keep it down than pointed to Axel.They nodded and walked off into the kitchen

Mrs.Rodgers bushed some hair away from Axel's face and smiled at him.She was vey proud her son and happy how he was dealing with his situation.Tears pricked in her eyes but she held them back.She had hoped that Axel was okay on the inside.She had hoped that this wasn't killing him.She kissed his head once more thane held him close

"It's okay sweetie...Mama's got you...and she promises to never let go"
