The Beauty of The Night Sky

When Sparks Fly

The gentle morning breeze swept through my room, with the smell of roses and the sweet sound of birds singing came with it. But instead of thinking of the beauty of the morning all I could think about was Emily's beautiful eyes and how perfect her hair was, all perfected by the sound of her sweet and gentle voice. For the first time in forever I launched myself out of bed full of excitement, I was rushing around my room, grabbing and chucking everything I need for school. I even nearly tripped whilst racing downstairs. As I reached downstairs, I bolted towards the kitchen and started preparing breakfast for everyone, I made pancakes today, but today was different instead of doing everyone's own design I gave everyone a love heart, with some juice. We all sat around the table, everyone explained about their plans for today like usual, but to be honest I didn't want to let my parents know about Emily, well not yet of course.

Once breakfast was finished, Chloe and I headed off to her preschool, we arrived at her preschool and as usual, I gave her a kiss on the cheek and a hug and said "I love you, I will see you this afternoon." I then headed off to school and, wet off to my first class Maths. Maths was alright but sadly Emily wasn't in my class. I finished Maths and headed off to my first class to start off I didn't pay much attention, until I reached the class and remembered Emily was in my class. I could start to hear my heart beating faster and faster getting louder and louder, then it just stopped, there she was, the most beautiful human being to ever walk on this planet. We all entered the classroom, and sat down, the teacher began the class by doing the role and I waited their listening very carefully just to hear her sweet voice again. There it was her sweet gentle voice, replying to the teacher, she was just beautiful. The class ended sadly and class begun, but as I was walking I bumped in to Emily and all her books fell. I quickly crouched down and picked up all her books, as I finished picking up the books, I stood up and just looked an angel straight in the eyes. "I am really sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" I said ashamed of myself, "It is really fine, we both weren't paying attention. My name is Emily" she replied, her voice was even more sweet and gentle up close. "My name is Jordan, you have a very lovely name, by the way" I replied back "Thank you, I hope we can catch up sometime" she gracefully replied. We both, then headed off our own ways, she was just pure beauty, and I truly believed that I was just touched by an angel. The rest of the day went by pretty quickly with nothing amazing happen, the school day finished finally, so I went and picked up Chloe and took her over to the park.

As we reached the park we started playing tag, I was never quick enough to catch her, and we then went to the swings and I sent her into the sky like a rocket ship. After while Chloe had gotten bored of playing on the swings and pleaded for me to play aeroplane with her. I gladly accepted, she started to scream out "Go faster! Jordy go faster! Come on Jordy you can go faster than that" so I started to speed up, I was going faster and faster, we were zooming it felt like we were preparing to take off. I began to get really dizzy, so I put Chloe down for a bit and told her to go play on the slide for a bit, so after she ran off to the slide I went and sat on a bench. Whilst I was sitting on the bench slowly getting rid of my dizziness, my name was called out, I turned around expecting it to be Jack or Robert but it was Emily. She ran over to the bench I was sitting at, "Do you mind if I sit with you?" she asked, "Of course you can" I replied excitedly. We sat there for a while, until Emily broke the silence "She is very adorable, what is her name?" "Her name is Chloe and yeah she is adorable, I don't know what I would do without her" I replied. We sat there talking for about an hour, it was magical talking to her, and we learnt so much about each other. As the day turned tonight, Emily and I continued talking until Chloe came over and asked "Jordy can we go home now?" "Sure, just give me a minute" I said. As I was standing up to head off, Emily said "I should head off too, it was great talking to you Jordan, and I look forward to doing it again" I smiled and replied back "Thanks, I look forward to doing this again as well." Just as I was preparing to leave Emily came over and gave me a hug, and then left.

Chloe and I headed home, we were skipping, dancing and even singing today it was magical. We arrived home and all sat around the table for dinner, we talked and ate, for the first time we all sat down and watched Finding Nemo together, and it was amazing. Once the movie finished I went and tucked Chloe in and read her the BFG. Once finished, I headed off to bed, and just laid there thinking about today, and trying to think of how tomorrow will be. But all I could think about was Emily, her sparkling blue eyes, perfect brown hair, her sweet gentle voice and the how amazing her hugs where. Today was truly magical, it was like one of those rare moments when you are looking at the beauty of the night sky and you see a meteorite cross, through the sky. But this time it was even more beautiful than that, after 20 minutes of lying in bed I finally dozed off.
