I woke up this morning to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of roses, combined with the warmth of the summer breeze. Today was Saturday and my family and I were going to the beach today. I always loved the beach, it was always extraordinary, the smell of the ocean and the feeling of soft warm sand underneath your feet and slowly getting between your toes. What made the beach even greater was when I spent my time with my family at the beach, building sand castles and burying mum and dad underneath the sand, it was always a lot of fun for all of us. I jumped out of bed and got changed into my board shorts and grabbed a shirt and headed downstairs, as I reached the bottom of the stairs I headed over to the kitchen and started preparing breakfast. This morning I made my favourite brekkie, bacon and eggs cooked to perfection with some fresh juice, it was always a marvellous meal. Once we all finished our dinner, my mum and sister tidied up the kitchen whilst dad and I packed the car ready to head off. After everything was ready, we all got buckled up and headed on our way.

The car trip was full of entertainment, we were singing, dancing, talking and playing games. It was just the perfect way to start a family trip, I always wished these moments would never end. As we arrived at the beach Chloe gunned it over to the water, I had to full bolt just to get within arm's reach to grab her. I just manage to grab her and swooped her up and put her on my shoulders, we started playing aeroplane, whilst we were waiting for our parents to get everything we needed. It took about 5 minutes before everything was ready, as our parents joined us on the beach, we went searching for the perfect spot and setup camp for the day. Once everything was prepared, we all got our sunscreen off and jumped into the ocean, we started off just swimming around and mucking around jumping with the waves. After a little while we started kicking the ball around and playing tag in the water, it was entertaining to watch Chloe's legs trying to kick the ball in the water. Chloe got tired of kicking the ball after a while, so when she told us, my dad and I grabbed her and ran up to the sand with her and held her down on the ground till mum got over to us. Once mum got to us dad and I kept holding her to the ground and mum started pilling sand on her, it was funny to watch her squirm around, once she was completely covered we all sat there and looked at her and laughed, she even joined in. Once lunch time came around we pulled Chloe out of the sand, and sat around on the sand eating the sandwiches mum packed, they were delicious, I don't know how she does it but anything mum makes is always magical. After we finished lunch, we all grabbed a bucket and started filling them up with sand, we were going to make our signature sand castle, it took us months to perfect this sandcastle. After buckets full of sand and little details being added to the sandcastle, we were finally finished, I must admit it took longer than usual, but is suppose that happens when you get into a sand fight with your family.

After we finished the sandcastle, we all sat around each other looking at the masterpiece we had created, it looked like a castle from a fairy tale. After we had finished looking at our family masterpiece, we all got up and raced to the water, and went for one last swim before we had to head home again. The sunset started to come across, it was beautiful, it reminded me of the night sky, but it reminded me of the beauty of Emily. We all headed over to our camp and packed everything up, and put everything back in the car and headed back home. The trip back home wasn't as amazing as the way there, but what can you except after such and adventurous and tiring day. I even feel asleep on the way home myself, when we arrived home, my parents woke me and my sister up. I grabbed Chloe and took her inside and tucked her into bed, before she even considered asking me about reading her a story she was out. I headed outside to help unpack the car, we brought everything inside and put it in all in its rightful spots. Once I finished helping, I went outside and laid on the grass and just stared at the night sky. Laying there, I was lucky enough to see a meteorite cross through the sky it was beautiful, it reminded me of all the beauty today and the beauty of Emily. I still believed that she was an angel, she had the beauty of one and a pure heart like and angel as well. As I lied there, she was still the only beauty I could see, her could picture her, with her glistening blue eyes like a star in the sky, her perfect brown hair always falling in place perfectly, her sweet gentle voice and how amazing her hugs where. Just so you know Emily's hug, weren't just any sort of hug, they were full of warmth and love, but not just any love it was like the hugs that you received from your mum or nan, they were the truly magical hugs. After a while I decided I should probably go to bed myself, so I headed off into to the house and went upstairs to bed. It didn't take me long to fall asleep, all I can remember is hitting the bed and I was than out like a light.
