Elizabeth's Pov

I was so confused about the situation with that girl earlier, so I asked my mom. "Mom did dad have any other kids before he went away?" She looked at me, "Umm. Why?" "Because this girl named Mia.." "Mia! She's alive?" "What?" "Sweetie Mia is your fathers daughter, her mother got pregnant with her about a few months before I was pregnant with you." "Wait? So Chloe and I have different dads?" "No, you two have the same dad, and so does Bryan. But while I was pregnant with you, your father was sneaking around a little." "Oh. But why did you think Mia was dead? Do you still talk to her mom?" "Sweetie, Mia's mom is my sister." "Aunt Kira?" "Yes. I know it's hard to take, but it's the truth." "How come I never knew about her?" "You were too young before, but now your older and I was mad at first and didn't want you two to know about each other." "But why did you think she was dead?" "Your father told me she died in a car crash. And I was never in touch with Kira after your father cheated." "Oh." "Yeah, how do you know about her? Did Chloe tell you or something?" She sobbed a bit after saying Chloe. "No. No. She talked to me at school today." "Really?" "Yes." "Well I'd live for you two to get acquainted." She smiled. I nodded and walked to my room.

A couple minutes later Richard knocked on my door, "princess?" I opened it, "yes daddy?" He walked in and sat on my bed. "How was your day?" "Good." "I have to ask you about something." "Yes?" I was confused I hadn't done anything, " What do you think Chloe felt about me?" "Huh?" "I mean I tried to be a good father figure for you girls, but I just feel like I've failed." "Dad! You haven't failed! In fact your the closest thing I've ever had to a father figure, you are my father!" "You really feel that way?" He smiled, "of course and I bet Chloe feels that same way." I smiled and hugged him, then he left. I loved him so much he was best dad I could ever ask for.
