Chapter 16

Lina's Pov

Michael comes back with two glasses full of water and sets them in front of us.

"Are you guys ready to order?"

"I'll have a salad please." I say.

"I'll have a salad too." Joey says smiling at me.

Michael nods before walking away.

"Do you always like the same thing I get?"

He nods and laughs. Oh how I love his laugh.

Joey grabs my hand and squeezes it and grins at me.

"Omg are you guys dating??!??" A girl voice says beside us.

We look to the side to see a 14 year old girl I think standing there grinning.

"Oh no! We are just friends hanging out!" Joey says shrugging, trying not to meet my confused gaze.

The girl leans closer to Joey and I shift uncomfortably.

"Good, because she is ugly." I hear the girl whisper in to Joey's ear, not thinking I can hear her perfectly fine.

Joey looks at me sympathetically and the girl smacks her lips onto his. I give her a disgusted glare as I stand up and walk away.

I look back to see her take my seat and I quickly turn away as Joey meets my eyes.

Tears fall and I push the doors around and walk to the parking garage and walking to where we parked my car.

I take the keys out and unlock the car sitting in the drivers seat. Tears stream down my face.

I start the car and pay then drive back to the hotel.

I guess I am the girl that Joey will hide from his viewers. And I thought he was different.

I arrive at our hotel and park the car, getting out and shutting the car door. I walk into the elevator and walk into our hotel room to find my mom packing our bags.

"Mom what are you doing?"

"Your dad, he...knows we are in Washington, we need to leave." She says sitting on the bed putting her head in her hands.

"It's fine, lets just to now" I tell her rubbing her back soothingly.

She stands up and we grab our bags, walking to the car and driving to the airport.

Joey's Pov

"What have I done?" I whisper getting away from the fan in Lina's seat and walking out just as I see Lina and her mom driving down the road.

Lina sees me and quickly looks away ignoring my sympathetic eyes.

I walk down the sidewalk and to the hotel.

I go into my hotel room and fall onto the bed, tears escaping my eyes.

I grab my vlogging camera and press record.

"Hey guys, so right now I'm in Seattle and some girl came up to me at Cheesecake Factory while I was on a date with my girlfriend, but I don't know what we are anymore because that psychopath kissed me and my girlfriend has been hurt so many times. Anyways,that girl who kissed me, don't ever speak to me again, you ruined my life and I've lost someone so dear to me. Lina, I love you and I need you in my life." I say tears falling down my face. "Lina, please."

I turn off my camera and set it to the side. I need Lina, I feel she is the reason to life, without her life is non existent, not there. Of course I have YouTube but Lina means more to me than anything.

I take out my laptop and edit the video and post it onto YouTube.

Please say Lina sees the video, I need her to know that I love her.

I book a flight back home for tonight and pack my bags.

I walk down to the lobby and turn in my key and call a taxi to take me to the airport.
