Chapter 61

Lina's Pov

Joey gives me a grin, a fake one for sure. I look at Luke.

"What were you guys talking about?" I ask, Joey and Luke share a look at each other.

"Oh...Nothing." Luke says giving me a smile. I sit next to Joey and lean my head on his shoulder.

He kisses the top of my head. My eyes shift to his eyes and I give him a quick peck on the lips.

"I better get going." Luke say and we all look outside.

Sure enough, the sky is turning dark sided, stars beginning to show up.

"It was nice seeing you." I tell Luke sincerely and standing up to give him a hug. His hugs are always nice. I give him a quick smile.

Joey stands up an gives Luke a hug, hitting Luke's back a hit, to make it manly.

"Bye bro." Luke says fist bumping Joey, I try not to laugh at the "bro".

We walk Luke out to the door and I go back into the living room, Joey following. I sit on the couch, Joey, following yet again. As I rest my head on his chest I wrap my arms around him.

"I heard what you and Luke were talking about, are we really going to die?" I ask him. I mean, it's only April 13, 2015, and I only turned 23 4 days ago and I want to see summer.

"I really don't want to tell you what I think." Joey tells me.

"Please?"

"Ok. I do think we will die, unless we show them that you aren't a threat to us. To our kind." Joey tells me and I look up at him.

"Or unless I'm turned into a vampire."

"Yes.

I sigh and kiss him on the lips, fireworks erupting around us everywhere in my mind.

He runs his free hand through my hair, making love run through my body. I stare into his eyes.

"I want us to live." I tell him, running a hand on his cheek slowly, sitting on his lap and putting my legs on the side of his.

"You think I don't? Lina I want us to live, for us to have forever." Joey rests one of his hands on my thigh.

I look at the clock to see its 12:33 P.M.

"I think I going to go to bed." I tell Joey. He nods.

I peck his lips and begin to get up but he holds me down. I look at him.

He puts his lips to mine and lifts me up, so that my legs are wrapped around his torso. He walks backwards and up the stairs before opening the door to his room, setting me under him as we climb onto the bed.

He kisses down my neck and I pull his shirt up over his head. His strong hands curl under my back as he lifts me up, kissing down my collar bone.

His hands pull my shirt up over my head and I hear my shirt drop to the floor. His hands run over my stomach, sending pleasure through my body. He pulls my shorts off my body and lays against me, his body warm against mine. He pecks my lips before unclipping my bra, pulling it off my body. I pull off his jeans, them dropping to the floor. He kisses everywhere, not leaving anywhere without kisses. He stares into my eyes.

"I love you." He whispers pulling off my panties, then dropping them to the floor. I moan against him.

My fingers shake as they curl against the waistband and I pull off his boxers and they drop to the floor. His body feels warm against mine and he moans.

"Thank you." I whisper.

"For what?"

"For everything." I pull him closer to me. He kisses me and goes inside me. Moans erupt from our mouths. I've never felt so close to him.

My vision blinds as my mind is filled with his thoughts. I see him looking down at me as I curl myself around him.

His thoughts leave my mind and I pull him closer to me. Our breathing quickens and I give everything of me to him.
