A notification popped up on my phone. My eyes opened and I was at my phone within seconds. The bright screen filled the dark bedroom, blinding me. I blinked frantically until my eyes adjusted and I could read the notification. My heart was fluttering with joy and a smile was presented across my face. My eyes gleamed as I finished reading the notification. The store wouldn't open until seven though. I glanced at the clock. Five, fifty-eight, A.M. Quickly, I texted the boys. Thank god for auto-correct or else my text message would've been gibberish.

The three dots popped up on the screen and excitement filled me. I had proposed that we spend our Saturday waiting at Geek Block for the new Zombie Falls game, and was waiting for the others to reply. The first text came up as I began to dress. I pulled on a somewhat clean pair of jeans.

DAVE : I was literally just about to text you guys about it :D

ME : I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!

DAVE : I know! BILL! Have you heard anything bro?

BILLY : COME ON GUYS! It's six in the freaking morning

ME : No it's 5:59

BILLY: Technically SIX Steve!

ME : Anyways, so what do you guys say? Wanna go?

BILLY : Sure just give me and hour to sleep...

DAVE : HELL YEAH!!!

DAVE : AND BILLY we have to be there by seven!

ME (Three Minutes Later) : Billy?

DAVE : He'll just have to meet us there

My slick, black convertible pulled up in front of Dave's house and he was in my car faster than my car even went. We were at the mall about twenty minutes later with about fifteen minutes to spear until the store opened. We didn't even bother to pick up Billy, mainly because he hadn't replied, again, when I asked if he wanted me to pick him up.

When we were inside the mall, we arrived at the store thankfully at the right time, and left with one of the last Zombie Falls : Hawaiian Hell games. As we were on our way out of the mall, my Syfy ringtone began blasting. Quickly, I answered Billy's call.

"Where the hell are you?" Billy screamed into the phone. "We're going to be late and there'll be no more games left. Come on dude!"

"Dude, chill. Dave and I came and got the game," I explained.

"What?! Without me?!" Billy growled.

"I mean you weren't answering mine nor Dave's texts and calls," I replied as we exited the mall.

"Whatever! See you when you arrive!" Billy exclaimed and hung up the phone.

-----------------------------------------------------

One after another, we pilled onto the couch after Billy injected the Zombie Falls : Hawaiian Hell disc into the counsel. Excitement filled the air and our bodies couldn't sit still no matter how hard we tried. Billy fiddled with the controller while the game loaded. Dave's legs jumbled about and I rocked back and forth, side to side.

The game was counting down to start when a pitter-patter of small footsteps began echoing into the basement. A small, round head with blonde pigtails growing out of the side popped up and soon it's body followed. The pink dressed little girl, Lilly (Billy's sister). She skipped in front of the t.v. to grasp our attention.

"Hello boys," Lilly giggled. "Can I play?"

"No," Billy barked without hesitation.

"Why not?" Lilly whined, than pointed out, "There's two free controllers!"
