Julie's voice was echoing in my ear 100 miles a minute while she was giving very detailed description of her and Blake's date night. She had really fallen for him and had even blurted she loved him on the date. I was happy for her, she deserved it and by the sound of it she managed to tame a Sterling boy what a miracle that was. I closed my locker still deep in thought.

"So when are you and Carter finally going to make it official Liv? I'm the happiest I've ever been and I want the same for you" she smiled breaking me from my thought.

"I don't know I mean I like him so much and at the party we did kiss and things did get heated but that was before Lacy walked in" confusion filing her face.

"What was Lacy doing at a Willow party?" Her question was the same one I was still trying to decipher.

"I'm not sure and the strange part is that she's apparently Carters sister" a gasp escaped Jules Mouth.

"Shut up no she's not everyone would know I mean she's a Sterling girl and dated godly Chase" I leaned back on my locker.

"I know I don't get it she took off before I could talk to her and Carter basically kicked me out of the room after that happened and I haven't heard from him and I don't want to be that girl that pesters him with a million questions" I sighed.

"That can't be right Liv maybe it was a misunderstanding?" She offered handing me some notes.

"Maybe I don't know I asked Chase about her too but he said no they weren't so I don't know what to believe anymore" I glanced at my watch.

"Well that's strange very strange, anyway I'm free this weekend Blake and the boys have training all weekend with the upcoming game. You know what this year I'll be on the Sterling side cheering for my man, how awkward is that going to be I'm like a trader" she laughed softly.

"Oh yes the football game" I always kept forgetting about that I wondered how Chase was with his injury and how that could affect the game being the best on the team.

"And your joining me you can cheer for your brother" she teased I glared at her instantly.

"He's not my brother" I blurted causing her to study me.

"Calm down I'm just saying i want to watch the game with you so your joining me on the Sterling side wether you like it or not" I scoffed, Carter would hate me if I did that I couldn't do that to him.

"We'll see" I responded getting off the lockers with the bell signalling for class.

The day dragged on longer than it should have and Carter wasn't in class as coach had stolen the team for intense training leading up to the game. I really wanted to talk to him but I guess now I had to wait which I didn't enjoy doing. It made each class drag on and it didn't help that he wasn't replying to my messages. Why was this guy driving me absolutely insane. Before I knew it I was back at home wallowing in my own misery.

'Hey honey' my dad stumbled around putting in a shoe, why was he so dressed up?

'What's with the suit?' I raised an eyebrow at him grabbing a bag of chips out of the pantry.

'Got a business meeting in Howard its more of a work benefit but it mean really expensive drinks and amazing food' he chuckled fixing his tie.

'Howard? Isn't that like a two and a half hour drive?' Mind you it was only four pm.

'Yeah roughly, it's not till 8 so we heading off soon so we aren't late' Elizabeth strolled down the stairs looking flawlessly elegant, she always surprised me how beautiful she was. Not as beautiful as my mother but still there was this glamour out look she had.
