Chapter 11 : Secret in the basement?

Okay... this chapter is reaaaaaally unrealistic but i found it really cool to have all these stuff.

Jesse's POV

We trailed behind Jade as she brought us to her... basement?

"We're underground." She informs us as she walks into the empty basement. She flicked a switch causing immensely bright lights to flicker on. The basement looked like any ordinary basement. The walls,flooring and ceiling were dull with stains of who knows what on the walls.

"We're training here...???" The girl named Charlotte questioned whilst making a face.

"I-" The guy Ryder was interrupted by loud thumps behind us followed by a soft,'Oof!'

Honestly I don't get what's that guys problem. Jade and I were just chilling and having fun chatting till he came and plopped himself between me and the pretty brunette. He had even let out a growl! What is he, an animal?

He seemed like he was her boyfriend when he put his arm around her shoulders so casually but the idea was crossed out when she shrugged off his arm and my hope rose.

Jade was that kind of funny, nice, strong and pretty girl that's hard to find. She had the same emerald eyes as I did.

We all turned to the sound to see Alika sprawled on the floor. She positioned herself to a cross-legged position before scratching her head,"Missed a step- ah... ahh... Ahhh Choo!" Alika sneezed,"It's damn dusty here! Don't you ever spring clean??"

The girls rolled their eyes while smiling.

Is this typically her?

anyways we all drew our attention back to Jade as she walked deeper into her basement.

"Answering your earlier question, Char. No, we're not training here."

She grinned as she walked up to a wall and raised her watch to her face. She raised the bezel of her watch clicked a button on the underside of it.

I raised an eyebrow and took a step forward as the wall in front of her divided.

Brighter white light flooded into our eyes. She herded us into the room and we could hear the door close behind us.

As my eyes adjusted, the first person I saw was Jade who was standing with her hands out stretched at her sides.

"Welcome peeps. To your training ground."

short update i know but the next one will be longer i promise! school has started again so I may have less time to write but since nowadays I've been hooked on writing I think it'll be fine^^ till next time
