The lands to the north lay desolate. The trees have started to crumble away into dust. Dark storm clouds sit heavily overhead with the sound of thunder roaring through the land. The land is as cold and grey as the clouds above. The only color in these lands is the glowing of Lady Parocaav's aura. She lowers herself to the ground stands still, engulfed in her spell absorbing Gaia.

Lady Parocaav begins to pace back forth, leaving a track in the grey dirt below her feet. An almost worried look is spread across her face. Her yellow eyes glow as she stares out into the open valley. At the snap of her fingers, a portal opens up a few feet away from her. A female child's face emerges from within it. She has long green hair and is dressed in all black clothes. The girl climbs out of the portal and looks up into the goddesses eyes.
Just as she climbs down, Lady Parocaav flicks her wrists. A blue orb floats out of the portal, shortly followed by a red one. They both float over next to the goddess.

"You're Lady Parocaav, aren't you?" The girl asks.

"Yes," Lady Parocaav simply replies with a soothing voice.

"You should know, I'm not a wholehearted person by any means. I-"

"I know exactly who you are child. I offer you a chance to have your revenge Shye-An."

"You don't speak like the Goddess of Life from legend."

"It's an incredibly long story. All you need to know is that my true intentions are to control this world and the power I deserve."

"So the stories of the Ice Queen are true? Fascinating. What are those orbs anyway?"

"These are the keys to your revenge. The orbs contain the powers of your fallen brothers. Fire and ice. I can embed these powers into you."

"I could have the powers of my brothers?"

"Plus, I can increase the limits of your knowledge of the elements and your overall power over them."

"In exchange for what?"

"Nothing. We have the same goal. I want the Bringers of Hope destroyed."

"You gave them your power, to help you. Now you want them dead M'lady? I am not sure I believe you."

"As I said child. It is a very long story. Now hush, and allow me to bind your brothers to you."

Lady Parocaav waves her hands around in front of herself. The orbs slowly move towards Shye-An, then get absorbed into her body. Her skin starts to glow with a red and blue aura, followed by her natural green aura mixing in. Shye-An starts to grow up in appearance, now resembling a young woman in her early 20's. The colors of her auras melt into her hair, making it a dark purple. Her eyes change color as well, a deep and warm hazel.

The powers of her brothers envelop her mind, filling her memories with knowledge of how to control them. A greater power hits her as Lady Parocaav shoots a short burst of white energy into her. A power that Shye-An didn't think she'd be able to obtain. She has never felt more powerful in her life. Her body finally stops glowing and she looks into the goddess's eyes.

"As you wish Lady Parocaav. I will destroy the Bringers of Hope for you," Shye-An says after a moment to catch her breath, "This power.... is incredible. I have to ask though, do you fear them?"

"They need to be stopped. They have served their purpose, their reason for being. I no longer need them roaming this world," Lady Parocaav replies, "If you fail, I will not. I only need to stall them until I have acquired the power I deserve!"

Meanwhile ~

Darkness. Nothingness. Nothing can be seen in this realm. Even the red glow of Grimm's eyes cannot be seen here. Grimm is floating in the center of this pitch black realm, meditating. Thoughts of everything that has happened replay through his mind continuously. A certain person comes to his mind. Tao. That man had shown Grimm he has altered his appearance. The face he saw cannot possibly be who Tao really is.

A whisper echoes in his mind. When he tries to focus on its words, it disappears. Then he realizes what the Goddess is up to, reviving the last of the Delt Triplets. A risky move. The balance is already at risk of falling apart as it is. Grimm would not dare question her actions and choices, but he can't help but wonder what the world will be like after the dust has settled.

The thought of the child of mischief being free again does not settle well with the reaper. A sense of desperation is what crosses his mind. The Bringers of Hope cannot be so powerful, can they? Does the great goddess actually fear them? Grimm starts to laugh at the notion that Lady Parocaav might actually fear her own power, the power she sacrificed and gave to the Bringers.

"Why are you so frightened?" Grimm chuckles to himself, "The power of Gaia does not leave you feeling secured in your decision?"

Lady Parocaav's voice echoes throughout the darkness, "Grimm, my old friend. I do have to admit that I possess a certain fear of the Bringers of Hope. That does not mean they will succeed."

"Is Gaia's power not enough M'Lady?"

"Her full power is not yet mine. The Bringers have no idea how powerful my powers are in their hands. They have infinite magic at their disposal, but they cannot live long enough to discover its true potential."

"What about Tao?"

"He remains a problem as well. Having him alive and in this time will interfere with everything. He made a fool of us during the Ragnarok Wars. We will get our revenge though. Whoever he is, he will suffer."

"I'm actually planning an attack against him while the Bringers are cooped up in the Labyrinth of Time."

"Grimm, do you know where Lady Samantha has gone off to? She has left her forces under the supervision of General Steele."

"I have not heard that name in many years. I wonder how she managed to get him to rejoin our cause. To answer your question though, I believe she also sought out the wisdoms from the Labyrinth."
