so i've made a lot of poems lately and i just want to share it, hoping you can all relate :)

cold front.

it's getting colder now

and she's got no one to keep her warm.

but she don't need to worry now,

cause the soul inside of her is burning down.

it's getting colder now,

freezing fingertips, her lips already chapped.

does she have to worry now?

shaky feet and cold breaths lead only to a death trap.

it's getting colder now,

she tried to keep her lips sealed.

she worries for her life now,

nothing's ever warm, it's an endless winter still.

it's getting colder now,

she's left with the dying embers in her dull eyes.

the fire is gone now,

she's closing them for the very last time.
