"You feelin it, big homie?" My barber asks.
"Hell yeah" I answered, turning from facing the mirror. "Good lookin, bruh" I dapped him up.
Today, I set up an appointment for me and my youngins to get haircuts, so my barber closed his shop down for a few hours, just for us. We don't have to worry about waiting around or randoms bothering us while we getting haircuts, which is great.
I only got a line up for my short fro I've decided to let grow out a bit since my wife loves it so much, and also got my facial hair trimmed. I let the boys choose their own haircut styles.
"Aye dad, look at mines" Corey tells me. "Fly, right?"
I walked over to the barber chair he's sitting in, and checked out his cut.

"Yeah that's fly, you tryna be like ya pops, hun? I see you, got the hair-free, care-free look, just like me"
He sucked his teeth. "Nahhh, you tryna be like me. I started growin my hair out first, you copying my swag"
"Word?" I laughed. "Get outta here wit that" I waved him off, then walked over to Julez.
Another barber just finished getting him right, he decided to cut the curly fro he rocked for the longest.
