She knew that if she stopped running she would be dead.
That was all she knew right now.
The monsters were leering and jeering at her, horrendous fangs and grotesque faces contorting into grimaces and fury.
They kept running after her. And they still did.
All she could see was darkness ahead, and darkness behind.
Suddenly a voice asked something, and recognizing her name, she snapped out of her stupor.
"Yes?" she asked, shaking off her thoughts from before.
"You're wanted down at Nurse Mandy's office," the teacher said. So the girl got up and went down to Nurse Mandy's office.
Clueless of what was going to happen.
