Standing behind the stage, I couldn't see Leo or Jemma anywhere, but I knew they were there, I knew they would come and support me! I am so excited to see them when I am done! Wether I win or loose, I know that they'll be there to support me!
The judge started announcing names.
"Julia Qwerty and her Altaria!
"Herbert Yates and his Alakazam!
"Kelsey July and her Persian
"And finally our newest member who has risen to the top, Britt Acacia with her Gardivoir!"
The first round, Talent!
Julia appeared on stage riding her Altaria! She flew across the stage and her Altaria spread her wings, and it spread pink sparkly dust across the audience, who were in awe of the above spectacular going above them. Julia rose above and jumped off her Altaria and started to fall ever so gracefully. When she almost hit the ground and then Altaria caught her! A standing ovation indeed!
Next came Heubert. He stood on the stage alone. Then Alakazam teleported and every single person in the audience had a present in their hand. The present glowed with bright neon colours. The design had 2 glowing spoons. The Audience opened their presents, out flew millions of strands of confetti! Alakazam arranged them all to say "HEUBERT YATES"
Kelsey appeared on stage and her Persian began to meow, and it meows the National Anthem. A very patriotic way to begin!
Finally it was my turn! I went up on the stage, I was dressed in rags, then came by Gardivior, I pretended to cry. Then Gardivior used Magical Leaf on my dress and it turned sparkling blue. A live Cinderella transformation.
Next Round, Moves;
Julia came on the stage, and once again hopped on her Altaria who used Ariel Ace! Then came Heubert, whose Alakazam did a Dream Eater display that left the audience in awe. Next Persian came up and used a Mean Look, I really don't think it had the expected result. Finally I can out with Gardivior and used a Dazzling gleam. This shocked the audience. It was a 10/10 move!
Final round, Battle:
Persian v. Alakazam
I couldn't really watch this battle, I was so nervous for my battle v. Julia. I was debating my options.
Finally, me v. Julia
I was so nervous. Gardivior used Moonblast on Altaria, this knocked Altaria down. Altaria got up and used Ariel Ace! In the middle of the move Gardivior used Draining Kiss. This K-Oed Altaria.
I couldn't believe it. I won!!
"In fourth place......Kelsey and her Persian! In 3rd place.....Heubert and his Alakazam! In Second place-"
I felt my heart stop for a second.
"Julia and her Altaria! And first place, the rookie, Brittney and her Gardivior!"
I was so excited. I ran through the audience, I searched for Leo and Jemma. I never found them.
I choked my tears and pretended to smile. But I knew it really was worthless without Leo or Jemma...
