After I lost to Bart, I realized that gym battling wasn't my thing. I always had a goal since I was a girl to be on stage. When Jemma and Leo were talking about their Pokémon, all I could think about was showing off my Pokémon on stage!
"Hello little girl," a voice behind me asked, "Do you want to be my student?"
I turned around and froze! It was Contest Star Julia Qwerty, the most famous person in the Region!
"Of-of-of cor-cor-se!!!" I almost screamed!
"Come in!" She said.
"This is a Contest Hall, I'll show you how to do a Contest Spectacle! You can have a seat in the front row!"
On the stage appeared Julia and her beautiful Alteria! Then, if that wasn't enough, Huebert Yates came on stage with his Alackazam! Then Jennifer Tybler came! Her and her Riachu!
And finally Kelsey July appeared on with her Persian!
"Now we will have a contest! Only one can win!" The fancy dressed Judges announced!
First round talent! Alteria flew across the stage through moving, pink, flaming rings!!!! It was awesome! Then Alkazam appeared and teleported across the whole audience! It was amazing! Then Riachu appear and created words and pictures with his electricity! It was beautiful! Finally Persian did flips and tricks across the stage! It was so cute! The audience was out of control!
"Now, The Moves Round!"
Alteria used Ariel Ace over the audience! Then she came close and used Roost! It was so beautiful! Next was Alakazam who used Psychic and picked up things with his mind, then he used Magical Leaf across the audience! Then Riachu used Thunder Storm, and Lightning Ball. It was ok. Finally was Persian who used Sing, the song was beautiful!
"And the final round! Battle!"
Alteria v. Alakazam
Alteria only had to use Ariel Ace! This knocked Alakazam down, he then used Psybeam and launched Alteria down! Alteria got back up with Roost, then used Dragon Beam! K-O Alakazam!
Riachu v. Persian
Persian didn't look like much of an attacker, so all Riachu had to do was one thunderbolt!
"Results!" Called out the judges! "In 4th place... Jennifer and her Riachu! 3rd place... Kelsey and her Persian! In 2nd place... Huebert and his Alakazam! And finally, in 1st place... Julia and her Alteria!"
There was a standing ovation! It was an amazing show! This is what I wanted to do!
