Scott reluctantly followed the woman back to her car. He wasn't sure what information she had for him, but he was curious and had an itching need to know.

"My name is Elizabeth Ginnings. I'm the coroner. I was in charge of the bear attack autopsies..." She explained, starting her car.

The brunette felt his heart rate increase. This woman had confronted him about the attacks, which was the last thing he wanted. The female doctor could tell he was nervous and chuckled.

"Don't worry Hun, you're not in trouble. No one knows about this little rendezvous we're having. I just wanted to talk to you myself." She explained, driving down the road towards the edge of the forest.

"Alright... What do you want to know?" Scott asked her, assuming she wanted the story of what happened from him.

"Well, actually I wanted to know if you've been in the woods before. I spent a few years searching for Nagas and I couldn't find a single trace... But, there was an unfamiliar venom in one of the corpse's bloodstreams and I was wondering if it's possible... Have you ever encountered such a hybrid?"

Scott's blood ran cold. Elizabeth was searching for Nagas; she knew about them. This meant she wasn't scared of the forest either. If she wanted to, she could find Vincent easily in his vulnerable state.

"Y-You're not like some animal hunter or poacher, are you?" The brunette asked, desperately hoping she wasn't looking to hurt the one he loved.

"Goodness no dear, I wish to uncover the truth about what nature is capable of. A few tests, some notes, observations, that's all. I would never want to hurt anything I come across..." She replied, stopping the vehicle on the side of the road, removing her seatbelt and climbing out.

Scott did the same and walked around to her. The woman before him seemed trustworthy. The brunette couldn't find a reason not to trust her.

"So tell me, have you seen them?" She asked, hoping to find the answer she'd been so close to finding for so long.

"Alright, I have. It was a dare for me to spend the night in the woods from Fritz. I spent the night and while running scared out of my mind, I found Vincent. He's a Naga around my age. I spend most of my afternoons here with him now. The attacks were not his fault. Fritz and his friends had been watching us and they found Vincent. They attacked him, hurting him really badly. He didn't know what to do so his instincts took over. I couldn't tell anyone it was him because no one would believe me, so I made up the bear story. Only my friend Jeremy knows about Vincent because he's been helping take care of him when I can't. Please don't tell anyone about this, I don't want to lose him, he's the only real thing I have to lose..." The brunette explained, telling everything he thought he should about Vincent.

Elizabeth took a moment to process the information given to her. She had the true story and pretty much the truth about everything. She now only had one more request.

"I'd like to meet Vincent."
