"Um, what?" I asked, confused.

"Slender Mansion, you know the place they always tell stories about?" Gabi explained, leaning against the tree next to her. "Yes, I know what you are talking about but, why?" I asked, grabbing Toby's hand and standing closer to him.

Gabi knew how I felt about that place, I never liked that place.

Toby held my shoulder, both of us knowing something was up, even he knew I didn't like that place.

"Come on! It'll be fun!" She said, a bit too excited. She grabbed my hand, her hands had no weight to it.

I snatched my hand away, "You're not Gabi!". Gabi's hand turned a pale gray color before it fell to the ground.

"Oh no..."

It was Chariot, not Gabi.

I shoved her to the ground, her eyes widening. "Wait!" She yelled, pushing me off of her.

Toby grabbed me, holding me close to him, my back barley touching his chest.

A mist formed next to her, Rei appearing next to her and helping her up, picking up the detached hand.

"Where's Gabi?!" I yelled, Toby holding me back.

Chariot turned into her normal self, standing as Rei sewed her hand back onto her arm.

She rubbed her head, taking her time to answer.

"I don't know! I just wanted to-"

A harsh, cold wind blew past us, sending shivers down my spine. Chariot seemed a bit more affected, seeming more on edge than she already was.

"I'd love to answer all your questions, but I gotta run!" She gave a nervous smile before being engulfed in a black smoke.

I sighed, a tinge of anger behind it. "What the hell is happening?" I asked. Toby rested a shaky hand on my shoulder, trying to comfort me the best he could. I mean, I can't blame him, we've both gone insane at least once.

"Why do you worry...? They'll all die eventually. Even us, Heather. What's the point?" For some reason, I could only hear Sarah. No one else seemed to be aware of her presence.

"Toby. I ha-" I heard a thump as Toby's limp body fell on top of me. He had been knocked out... "Toby?!" I looked up, my eyes dimming as I saw another girl.

This girl had green eyes just as piercing as mine, thought I looked more human than her... Maybe it was the contrast between our features. Her cheeks were supposed to be cut but they were sewn together. The one thing the that threw me off the most was her left eye... it had a clock shoved into it.

I reached for one of Toby's hatchets, gently setting him down. "Who are you?" I asked, unintentionally standing over Toby in a protective stance. She stared blankly, my grip tightened as I saw the knife in her hand.

"Why are you wasting my time?" She said, holding the blade to her face. "Shut up! I've met people crazier than you!" I yelled, gripping the hatchet tighter.

She jumped toward me, dodging as I swung at her side. In the process, she grabbed my shirt, dragging me with her. The girl swung the knife up, making me move my head to the side. I swung my head forward, connecting her's with mine with a small crack. She let go of me with a groan, holding her head in pain. Ignoring the pain, I grabbed her head and pushed her down, kneeing her in the stomach at least twice.

She somehow managed the strength to grabbed my leg and twist it. I fell, dropping the hatchet in the process. She jumped on top of me, holding the knife above her head. She swung repeatedly, aiming for my head, making me dizzy from my shoulders and head jerking away from the blade.

I looked over at the hatchet next to me, it was skidding across the ground toward me. I grabbed it, swinging it up to hit her in the head. Unfortunately, the handle hit her head and not the blade.

I grunted, picking myself up. "Telepathy, bitch!" I laughed.

I looked at her, her hands still twitching. I sighed, standing next to her. "I have better things to do." I spat, stepping over her.

After about a minute or so, I somehow got Toby on my back, carrying him to my home. He would have been a bit heavier but I decided to try and use my powers, lightening the load a bit.

I laid him on my bed, reaching behind his head and taking off his mouth guard and goggles. I opened the drawer in my night stand, grabbing a rag and running it under the waterfall. I lifted his head, cleaning the blood off of his soft hair. Even though he got paler, his looks still haven't changed.

My cheeks tinted red, shaking my head as I felt his temperature, he felt warm. I reached to unzipped his jacket, my blush deepening as I saw he had no shirt under it, revealing his slightly toned body.

I quickly took his jacket and covered him with a blanket.

"Damn it, Toby. You're always getting into trouble..." I sighed, looking away. I yawned, getting undressed, leaving myself in my underwear. I shivered, looking for another blanket, but to no avail. Toby's jacket suddenly looking very appealing since I was too lazy to get dressed again.

"I don't think he would mind if I wore it for a bit..." I slipped it on and zipped it up, it was long enough to cover my butt and the sleeves were long enough to have some hang at the ends.

I took off my mask and laid on the couch, balling up and tucking my arms and legs into his jacket.

I stared at the waterfall, waiting for someone to enter. I eventually gave up, blowing out the lantern.

"Sweet dreams, Toby..." I whispered, drifting off into a deep sleep.
