The Wrong Decisions I make

Chapter 9: Promise's Day

We enter the house, i go take a shower. By the time i'm out dinner was ready. I go downstairs, my mama was setting the table. Promise take a seat. Mama said putting the food on the table. Jay walks in a sits next to me. My older brother Peace walks in.

Hey Peace. I said waving. Hey lil sis. He said getting his food rubbing my head and walking into the living room. Don't rub my head. I said. That your boyfriend of some? Peace asks. No just a really close friend. I said. So boyfriend? No, bye Peace get out. I said pushing his head back. He laughs and changes the channel. My mama sits across from me.

Do you know where my mama went? Jay ask. She taking a shower. My mama said. Oh ok.

( 10:32/ Jay's P.O.V. )

Promise and I go into her room and watch t.v. , while texting other people. You coming to the mall with me this weekend. I asked. Yea. Promise said. Cool. i said kissing her cheek. I get off the bed. Where you going? Promise asked. To bed we got school. I said. So, you can sleep with me. Promise said. My heart pounded when she said that. I played it off by shrugging and got in the bed. Promise turned off the t.v. and her phone, so did i.

I wrapped my hands around her waist. And dozed off.

( Weekend )

I woke up around 10:13. Promise was still sleep. I got up and took a shower, and when i went back into the room Promise was up, picking out an outfit. I went into my room to change. I put on some black straight legs, a red shirt that says stfu stupid ass, and my jordan 11's, a snapback.

I went downstairs and got me a bowl of fruit loops. Then Promise comes downstairs.

She grabs a poptart i put my bowl in the sink and we leave. You look cute Promise. I said. Thanks. Promise says smiling. I get in the drivers seat, and she gets into the passengers seat. I pull out an we go to Concord Mills.

20 minutes later we arrive at Concord Mills. We go to Journey's, forever 21, Hot topic, adidas, starbucks, old navy, Mk, Victoria's secret, and to the food court. We go back to the house and just hang.

Hey Guys. My mama said. Hey. We both said. Well, Jay i'll be back next week. Your papa is in the hospital and i'm going to make sure he ok. Mama said. Ok. Bye. I said giving her a hug.

( Paris's P.O.V.)

I walk into the house coming from my daddy house. Hey mom. I said. Hey Paris. Did you have fun? Mom asked. Yea. I said going into my room. I close my door and change into something you would wear around the house. I text Promise.

Pa- I'm back from my daddy house.

Pr- Welcome back girl.

Pa- Thanks. I got some new clothes.

Pr- Really? What you get?

Pa- Printed leggings, ripped skinny jeans, those high waisted shorts you wanted, and more.

Pr- Really? I don't like you

Pa- lol wht u doing doe?

Pr- Hanging with Jay.

Pa- Oooo.

Pr- Shut up

Pa- I truly believe ya'll should go out.

Pr- Idk but i'ma spend time with him ttyl

I walk out my room, to get a snack. I go sit next to mama on the couch, i rest my head on her shoulder. What you want girl? Mama asked. Nothing, bored. I said. Really? that's surprising you always doing something. Mama said. True. I'ma go to the park. I said. Ok.
