The Mutated Girl

That's all I could remember. After the conversation, everything went black. When I woke up, I had a major headache. I've been in a cell with a really high window for who knows how long. The only person with me is a man wearing black from head to toe and had a weird foot symbol on his chest. There was a mirror in my cell and I went towards it so I can check on how I looked since the 'attack'. But what I saw wasn't human but a mutated turtle!!

As I stared in the mirror, I was horrified and I then realize that the person that was talking to me had something to do with my appearance. Day after day, there would be another man in black and they would talk about 'how would the plan work?’ I didn't know what the plan was but I know that it had something to do with me.

One day, as I was sitting in my cell, the man in black unlocked my cell and grabbed my arm. He suddenly said,

"Urokusaki would like to see you."

I wonder who Urokusaki is

As we walked into a long hallway that seemed like hours until we were in front of two huge doors. The door opened and we walked in. The man in black walked towards a sinister looking man.

"Master, we brought 'the girl'."

He gestures a hand signaling me to come forward. As I stood in front of him, he gave me a cloak. He spoke to me saying,

"My name is Urokusaki, also known as the Shredder. I had summoned you because we need your help."

"Um, what do you need help with?"

"To find our enemies. You see, they've been disturbing our business and we need to get rid of them."

"So that's why you need me?"

"Yes. We need you to find them and to see where they live. We already tried once, but they might live somewhere else now. When you find out where they live, come back to us and tell us where they are located."

"Um, alright. How do I know who they are?"

He looked at me with an evil stare that almost scared me out of my shell. Almost saying with his eyes, 'this girl asks too many questions'. For what seems like hours, he finally said,

"Don't worry. They are impossible to miss. You'll know when you see them."

As I walked out, I put on the cloak and wondered if I will ever find who they are looking for. I put the thought in the back of my head and went out the building, beginning the search.

Damn it!! No matter how hard I tried, I can't seem to find them. It has been six days and there are no traces of them anywhere!!

I have failed. It is almost midnight and I couldn't find them. And this search wasn't really easy. I had to try to keep away from the humans; since I had a feeling they won't like what they see. I was almost seemed by a group of thugs, but I kicked their butts and ran. And I was almost discovered by a lost five year old that seems to won't leave me alone until her mom found her. And I could've sworn that a drunken guy was trying to hit on me, until I hit him in the crotch and ran.

I was about to head back to the building, I saw two shadows flying past me. I looked up and I saw two more flying past me. Being the curious person (or mutant) that I am, I followed the shadowed beings. It was very difficult for me since they jump from rooftop to rooftop easily and I tried not to fall. They stopped on top of an abandoned building and I hid behind a chimney so I wouldn't be spotted. I suddenly hear four voices and I listened really carefully.

"So now what? All we've been doing was trainin' and working our shells off."

"Calm down, bro. We need more practice so we can beat them."

"You know he's got a point. According to my calculations, if we keep training, then we will be sure to beat them."

"Well guys, I don't know about you. But I can really go for a slice of pizza."

"C'mon! Is food all you ever talk about?! If we want to beat the Shredder, then we gotta train harder."

I nearly freaked when he said the Shredder. I tried to walk away slowly, but I tripped on who knows what it was and made a loud noise.

"Who's there?!"

"Listen you!! When I find ya, you'll gonna wish that you neva heard or seen us!!"

Great. Now I gotta show my face to a couple of humans. This ain't goin' well.

As I walked out of my spot, I realize that the 'humans' looked exactly like me. One had a blue bandana with two katanas. Another had a red bandana with two sais. Another with a purple banana with a bo staff. And I didn't know why, but I couldn't stop looking at the one with the orange banana with two nunchucks.

Damn, he looks pretty cute for a mutant turtle.

"All right ya wuss. Who are you and what had ya heard of our conversation?" said the one in red.

"Calm down. He might mean us no harm." said the one in blue.

"Alright fearless leader. You talk ta' him."

"Um, hello. My name is Leonardo. What name is your name kind sir?"

What the hell? This guy is nuts.

"OK. First off, I'm a girl. Second, I just saw you guys and followed you. And third, I'm just like you guys."

The turtle in red looked at me with a strange face and said,

"Come again."

I took of my hood of my cloak and saw them with shocked faces when all of a sudden; the turtle in orange came up to me and looked at me up and down. He then turned to the others and said,

"Can we keep her?"

"Will you stop?!" they replied

"C'mon, she's hot!! And we need someone else around the lair besides us."

"Um, I'm sorry" I said, "but, what are your names. It might be easier that way."

"Well, as I said I'm Leonardo. The one in red is Raphael; the one in purple is Donatello..."

"And I’m the one in orange, Michelangelo. But you sweet thang, can call me Mikey."

"Mikey, will ya cut it out?! First ya flirt with April and other girls I can't recall right know, and know you’re hittin' on another girl?! Give it a rest!!" yelled Raph.

"And how about you hot stuff? Is there a name that goes with that pretty bod?"

OK, now this is getting weird.

"My name is Rose Wolf."

"Well, that's a cute name."

"Anyway," said Leonardo, "what are you doing here and how are like us?"

"Well, I remembered walking in the streets and some thugs attacked me. Everything was black and I woke up in a dark room. I asked questions to this man, but later, it was dark again. When I finally woke up, I was like this."

"Interesting." said Donatello "So, you were human before?"

"Um, yeah."

"Hey guys," said Michelangelo "I hate to end the conversation, but the sun's coming up pretty fast. And since the kid doesn't have a place to stay, how about she crashes with us."

"Hell no, Mikey. The place is already full as it is."

"Aw, c'mon Raph. We have an extra room and I think it will work out."

"Leo? What do ya think?"

"Well, if she doesn't have a place to stay, then I guess she can live with us."

"Ya ain't serious, right?"

"I am Raph. Now let's go before someone sees us."

As I followed them to a truck, I had a feeling that it would be hard to tell the Shredder where they live. I mean, they can be weird, but, I have a feeling that they are who I need to be with right now.
