Chapter 4-No Way.

"Kyla!" I ran to her side. She was crying her eyes out, I need to get her into the

house before the dead heard her.

"Kyla, you need to be quiet, you'll be okay I promise." I told her sweetly and quietly.

Kyla nodded her head and bit her lip to keep quiet. I picked her up and walked into the house and laid her down on the couch and went upstairs to the clots to find pain killers and wraps. I could only find 3 pain killers and more ace bandage, I need more to help her. I'm going to have to go into town.

I walked downstairs to Kyla whimpering on the couch in pain. I gave the pain killers and wrapped her ankle up and put the little ice we had on it.

"I have to go into town. I'll be back before dark. I promise." I said to her, she nodded her trying to fall asleep.

I grabbed a over-the-shoulder bag and the quiver with arrows, bows and a knife, and walked out the door locking it and getting into a car and staring it up and driving towards the city.

"C'mon." I whispered to myself trying to get the pad lock on the door to open. I gave up and just kicked my way through the door. Finally the door opened and I walked inside. Pharmacy. Thank god. I jumped behind the counter and started looking through the medications on the shelf. I grabbed Celebrex, one of the strongest pain killers, Amoxicillin, an antibiotic. I then grabbed some other different types of drugs and jump back over the counter and walked up and down the isles, some knocked over. I found some ace bandages and some extra tape.

I walk outside the store and heard talking. I dropped to the ground and tried to crawl to the car I opened the door as quickly as I could and put the bag in the driver's seat and grabbed my bow and arrows and put the quiver around my shoulder and grabbed one out and loaded the bow.

I walked around the car and saw 2 people talking to each other. I pulled the string on my bow back and went to release it when I heard a familiar voice behind me say

"Now, sweet RoseAnn why would you do that?"

No way. It couldn't be.
