Team Quill

The Team(Chapter four of Team Quill)

"Come on, Vulpix." Abigail said. The Vulpix trotted behind her.  Evelyn's Mudkip walked right alongside with Vulpix.

  "Hey you, The one with the Vulpix!" A voice called from behind them. Abigail spun around, and her Vulpix stood next to her. There stood a boy, a Chikorita next to him. Vulpix let out a soft growl, but Abigail picked her Pokemon up.

  "What?.." She said softly. The boy pointed at her Vulpix.

"Is that your starter? Mine is Chikorita." He said quickly, nudging his Pokemon forward.

"Erh. Yeah. Vulpix is my starter." She felt Evelyn and Mudkip brush up beside her.

"Cool."He said calmly, shoving his hand in his pockets.  Abigail raised an eyebrow, and lept Vulpix leap from her arms.

"You know, you can evolve your Vulpix into Ninetails with this..--" He dug around his pocket, pulling out a dark red stone.

"I knew that." Abigail said angerly. "I don't want to, though." Vulpix flared up, in an attack mode. Mudkip bounded out next to Vulpix, also ready to attack.

  "Whatever. Wanna battle my Chikorita?" He pointed at his Chikorita. Abigail held her gaze, smirking.

  "Sure. Vulpix, go get 'em."  She said.

"We got this Chikorita! Razorleaf!" The leaf flicked out for Vulpix. But Vulpix lept up quickly.

"Firespin!" She gasped, Vulpix spun, flames circling around him. "We got this, quick attack!" The Vulpix bounded around the flames, and made the other Pokemon dizzy. "Finish 'em off with ember!" The flames shot at Chikorita, and the grass Pokemon fainted.

  "...Well done." The boy said. He returned his Chikorita, shoving the Pokeball in his pocket.  "I'm Ty, by the way."

  "I'm Abigail. And this is Evelyn." Evelyn waved shyly, as she scooped her Mudkip up.

  "Nice to meet you. Are you two trying to get the Splash badge? " Ty asked, walking over calmly.

  "Yup. Evelyn already has the Sky badge." Abigail said. She was worried that Evelyn hadn't said anything. Turning to her friend, she could see the blush on her face.

  "Yeah..I..I beat Rhyhorn.." Evelyn said quickly. Ty chuckled.  

"I'm trying to get the Splash badge also. I erh..Wanna travel together?" Ty stammered, his eyes hopeful.

  "..Sure, I guess. We can have like a Pokemon team! " Evelyn said. A thought popped up in Abigail's head.

  "We can call ourself Team Quill!" She gasped. Ty, and Evelyn smiled, and nodded.

"Team Quill." They all said.
