Team Quill

We've done it! (Chapter six of Team Quill.)

  "I've gotten the badge!" Abigail held up the badge, smiling. Evelyn slugged her in a playful way.

"Well. Ty, you can get the next gym." Evelyn said, nodding. "Then I'll get the one after, then Abigail, the one after that."

Ty shrugged, and nodded. They left the Pokecenter, after healing there Pokemon. Rift trotted happily along with Leafy, and Mudkip.

  "Evelyn, What'cha think your going to name your Mudkip?" Ty asked, walking inbetween Evelyn and Abigail.

  "Erh.. How about...Uh.. Fin?" She asjed jokingly. Abigail laughed with Ty, and they both shrugged.

  "Good name for a Water Pokemon." Abigail giggled. At the same time, they heard a scream.

  "Wha.. Come on!" The three of them ran toward the noise. When they arrived, there was a girl surrounded by Beedrills.

  "Hold on, lady!" Ty yelped. "Leafy, go!"

Evelyn and Abigail grimanced.

"Rift, go!" Abigail called. The Chikorita and the Vulpix bounded into the circle.

"Fin, go!" The Mudkip joined them. They formed a defensive line.

  "Combine your powers! Vulpix, use confusion ray!" Abigail yelped.

"Chikorita, use Razor leaf!" Ty yelled.

  "Mudkip! Use Mudslap!" The Three Pokemon combined there powers, and the attack hit all of the Beedrills. The Beedrills locked there attacks on the three.

  "Rift, Quick attack!" Abigail raised her hand in the air. "We can do this!"

"Fin, Use Tackle!" Evelyn pressed against Abigail.

  "We got this, Chikorita! Absorb!" Vulpix locked his attention on one of the Beedrill, and bounded left, then right. The Confused Beedrill backed away, then fled. Chikorita used absorb on the smallest Beedrill, making it flee also.

Mudkip tackle a Beedrill, it fleeing as well. The lady was pressed against the wall, her eyes filled with tears.

  "T..Thank you all..I would've never made it,." She whimpered. Abigail only nodded. She turned.

  "Whoa--" Both Chikorita, and Mudkip were evolving! After a moment, she stared at the evolved Pokemon. Bayleef and Marshtomp.

  "We did it! We evolved our Pokemon!" Evelyn squealed, jumping up and down.
