Two Years Ago
Aria's P.O.VOne year anniversary to Beck and I. How did we get to here? I never thought we'd get this far. What do you even get the boy for an one year anniversary? None of my relationships had gone this far.
I was currently with Erin and I was helping her test out her new cameras. She was a photographer and wanted to test out some of her new lenses.
"I thought it was just you taking pictures of me," I smiled. I saw a few people taking pictures of me and Erin in the distance.
"No. It's just me," Erin said confused.
"Let's go back to your place," I said worried. She nodded and we grabbed her stuff. We walked back to her car until a guy jumped out with his camera.
"Are you dating Beck Edwards? What's it like?" He asked me. I panicked and got inside Erin's car. We drove back to her place and got inside.
"Call Beck," Erin said. I nodded and called him up.
"Hello?" I heard.
"Beck."
"Aria. Are you okay?" He asked.
"The paparazzi just showed up out of nowhere and started taking pictures of me and I'm honestly a bit scared," I told him.
"Where are you?" He asked me.
"I'm at Erin's place."
"Okay. Stay there. Text me her address and I promise you I will fix this," Beck said.
"Okay. Please hurry," I said.
"Hey, Aria! Come over and look at this," Erin called out after I hung up with Beck. I walked over and saw her watching TMZ.
"What is it?" I asked her. She resumed the TV as we sat on the couch.
"This is Beck Edwards," A picture of one of Beck's photoshoots from before appeared.
"Hot billionaire by day and boyfriend by night?" The narrator voice said.
"So Beck Edwards, the hottest billionaire in the country or planet, is officially off the market," The girl said.
"How so?"
"Okay, so there were photos of him and a woman at a party together and they seemed to be getting really close," She told everyone. A picture of Beck and I kissing showed up from my birthday party he had thrown me.
"Yup! Hot billionaire, Beck Edwards, is officially off the market. Sorry Victoria Secret models," The little narrator said. A picture of Beck and a model appeared before being ripped apart.
"Don't forget about me when you're famous," Erin joked. I gave her a look and she raised her hands up.
"Sorry."
The doorbell rang and Erin got up to answer it. I hugged my knees and I sighed.
"Aria, your boyfriend is here," Erin called out. I looked up and saw Beck walk in.
"Aria, are you alright?" Beck asked me. I nodded and got up from the couch. He engulfed me into a hug and I hugged back. He kissed my head and looked over at Erin.
"I'm gonna take her home," He said.
"Sure. Leave her car here and use protection," Erin winked. Beck smirked and we walked out. I got inside his car and he got inside as well. He looked at me and held my hand.
"Aria, are you okay?" He asked me. I nodded and he kissed my hand.
"Let's go home," He said. He drove off back home until he turned on the radio.
"So let's talk about Beck Edwards for a moment. He was a bit of an actor before resuming in the company business. Now he's with a girl and they seem to be getting close," I heard the radio say. Beck changed the channel and a song was playing.
"Aria, if you don't want to go public then we don't have to," Beck said.
"Can we just stay home?" I asked him.
"I actually had something planned but we can wait if you want," Beck told me.
"You planned something?" I asked him.
"For our anniversary," Beck reminded me.
"Oh my god. I completely forgot for a moment," I said in embarrassment. I put my head in my hands and he rubbed my back a little.
"We don't have to go if you don't want to."
"Beck, we should go. It's our anniversary and we should go celebrate," I told him.
"Are you worried about the paparazzi?" He asked me.
"A bit," I said.
"It's okay if you're scared. I'll just hire a bodyguard," Beck said. I nodded and we finally made it home.
I changed into a tight red dress and I curled my hair. I put on my make up and I heard Beck walk in.
"Ready?"
"Almost," He walked over and looked at me.
"Wow. You look amazing," He said. I looked over at him and blushed.
"Thank you."
"Well, whenever you're ready, we'll head out," Beck told me.
"I'm already ready. Let's go," I smiled softly at him.
We went to a restaurant that was fancy. And I mean, fancy fancy. We sat down at a private table that had a nice view of New York City.
"Happy anniversary sweetie," He said.
"Happy anniversary to you too babe," I smiled.
