You took the Death Note CD case out of Alphys's hand and held it up, pointing to it. "I think we should watch this first."
Mettaton and Alphys both looked up at you in suprise.
"Seriously?"
"Yes!!"
"What do you think, Undyne?" You asked your fish friend, who was just walking in the living room.
"Sure, I'm all in."
Mettaton sighed in defeat, which caused you to giggle. Although, you could've sworn you saw a sort of investigative look in his eyes.
*Le time skip to everyone's least favorite scene*
Everyone was crying when L slowly closed his eyes.
"W-w-why?? You were his fri-friend!!"
"Fight it off, you sucker!!"
"Who's gonna catch Light, now??"
"YOU WERE TOO CUTE TO DIE!!!!"
You all came together in a harmony of tears.
*Le time skip to everyone's favorite part*
You jumped up from the couch and cheered as Light slowly died on the stairs.
"REJOICE!! HE'S DEAD AT LAST!!"
Alphys and Undyne joined you while Mettaton grinned at you from the couch.
"Wow, so excited for the show to end, hmm?"
Everyone have him the Death stare.
"Ruined it, hmm? Sorry." He said, not meaning it.
Everyone gave an exaggerated sigh.
"At least justice is served." You said, trying to lighten up the mood.
It didn't work.
"Alright, who wants to watch some Soul Eater?!" Undyne shouted, holding up the CD case.
"ME!!!" Everyone else shouted, scrambling to make movie snacks as Undyne put in the first season CD.
